Good evening house, my WES status changed from "on hold to " in progress, we are processing a new package or document for your application
For someone who is evaluating two certificates, does this mean that they've received both transcript. I just applied for my bsc transcript last week Wednesday while my NCE transcript was posted to WES two weeks ago.
Now I don't know if it means they've received both or only NCE transcript for now because I taught wes doesn't start evaluation until they received both transcript. Thanks |

oyn: I paid for WES via Western Union. Unlike with card payment when you click pay with WU, you get your reference code immediately.
You also get a Western Union Code which starts with ECA after filling in the details on the page WES redirects you to. Print a copy of the WU payment instructions document and take to your bank. This is what you'll use to fill the Int'l Forex Transfer Slip and also attach it your transfer form when done. Ensure the Payment reference ECA is clearly stated, that's what WU will use to know who is paying for what.
Note that after payment, your WES account may show that you have outstanding payment, due to exchange rate fluctuations. This is usually around $3 and you can use your ₦master/visa card to sort this out on WES web page.
The Tx reflected in my WES account after about 2 business days.
Note: this payment should be made from a Dom account, as my bank does not collect $cash for such Tx. Also, the funds were inflow, not cash lodged into Dom account. Dunno if this would affect use of funds. Thanks so much |

mbhs139: 470 is a pretty good score. Hopefully, by the time all this obani-coro wàhálà subsidize, the score may even come down. Won't the thing even make the score to skyrocket? Just asking. |

Palaexpress: Yes, you should use a separate envelop for those. Remember to write your WES reference number on the additional envelop. DO NOT TEMPER WITH THE TRANSCRIPT ENVELOP. ANY SIGN OF OPENING ATTRACTS AUTOMATIC REJECTION BY WES! Are you going to use your name or the institutions name as the sender |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by RealVictor: 6:52pm On Mar 06, 2020 |
lasignor: Yes, you can put them in a separate envelope (don't tamper with the school seal). It's advisable that you make coloured photocopies as it presents the documents better than the usual black and white. Pls will you use your name or the institutions name as the sender. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by RealVictor: 4:56pm On Mar 01, 2020 |
Palaexpress: Hello, this is a good question. DHL or FedEx will be fine. The MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD YOU USE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER AS THE SENDER, OTHERWISE, WES WILL REJECT IT! Ask your school what name they use as sender so that when you use it, there is consistency with the name they've used to send transcrips in the past. Better still, you can write the following in the sender's column: "University of...... Address....."
Wishing you all the best! Thanks for your response, but do you have any idea how much it costs to use any of them to send documents |

2loadedguy: A word of advice to those getting PPR and ITA, when u get to Canada don't be like your predecessors. Help as many people as possible to get more points and don't switch off your phones when your siblings want to claim you as a relative or friend to get more points. One of the reasons the Indians are the number one immigrants in Canada is because of their communal nature and not because they can pass IELTS better. A single Indian immigrant in Canada can bring in as many as 20 people in a year by claiming relatives or giving them menial job offers, a friend even told me his company in Canada has been taken over by Indians from Mumbai because the manager is from Mumbai but here; I don't know if it's the Naija mentality of I want to be the only one in Canada in my family. I have been declined by two of my own cousins in Canada and I'm beginning to wonder if the average Nigerian is mentally imbalanced. I've even seen instances of single applicants decline to sponsor their bf/gf even when they have nothing to lose the moment they get ITA. I think this should go straight to page 1 |

dCounsel: Hello house,
Good morning to all. Been a silent reader for some days now. I must confess that I joined Nairaland because of this thread few days ago.
I want to seek an advice from the more experienced please. Myself and my wife have done our ECA already and we have the reports with us. My IELTS results is L8 R6 S7.5 W8. Hers is L8 R9 S8 W7. We both have age on our side. I have about 6 years experience related to my NOC, she has about 2years 9 months related to her NOC while about 6 months not directly related. If I am the PA, our CRS is 422 due to the reading score in IELTS, if she is the PA, the CRS is 461 due to experience not up to 3 years in her NOC. We do not intend to go through the route of PNP. We want to explore EE squarely.
My questions? 1. Can we add the other 6 months experience as part of the 3 years required for her or it has to be strictly related to her NOC?
2. Do we advise that I re do my IELTS and aim for an higher score so that if I am the PA with a better results, our CRS will be around 480 thereabouts?
3. Can I open EP with her as the PA for now then decide to delete it later if we decide to use me as the new PA after my IELTS?
Thank you for your awaited responses. you can add the 6 months, it dosent need to be directly related to her NOC |
