CONSPIRACY THEORY What if Yar'Adua is already dead and we are being led to believe that he is still alive so that the powerbrokers can make necessary arrangements to replace him |
Thank you for your patronage in 2009, we look forward to the rest of you joining us in 2010. Over 20 nairalanders/nairalisters attended our trainings and NONE (not even one) of them failed any of the exams. |
I will pay 450k, when can I inspect it? |
CAPM and PMP bootcamps coming soon, |
Most of the certifications mentioned are IT and Finance, what of the Quality Mgt. & HSE certification? |

pidgin english in nigeria was derived from French, Portugese and English. |
there are currently no more spaces for the april/may stream. however, the next stream will begin in june. if you are interested in taking the exams, make sure you plan to attend (limited spaces available) |
The classes will start on 18th April 2009, at Kofo Abayomi, V/I Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm Saturdays for 4-6 weeks |
Thanks. i have sent the info to your box. |
i would advise that you space them unless of course you can afford to do both at the same time (the exams fees together should cost about 100k) |
@ Selik The fees charged by most companies is mostly training cost that is why the fee is usually about 350-360K. What we have done is to reduce the cost of the training significantly so that you have enough knowledge of the methodology to write the exam and pass it. I have sent the details to your email. |

i think a wise 3rd classer (as you have christened it) will not try to get entry level jobs as mtn, zenith, or any other blue chip company. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. i would advise that 1. you identify a career path 2. get all the qualifications and certifications that will make you employable to the Blue chips 3. apply to small organisations (they paid less and may be glad to have you or at least give you a chance - low pay but you don't have much of a choice) 4. distinguish yourself, be involved, solve problems, have the right attitude, dress well. 5. with necessary work experience (that you can only from doing the work of ten people because the CEO can pay for 9 more people), apply to the blue chips. 6. it will take longer but it should work out fine how do i know ![]() I FINISHED WITH A THIRD CLASS AFTER TWO EXTRA YEARS (technically, i spent about 10 years in uni.) but now i don't think i am doing too badly. i have a good job with very good benefits. and remember you are not in competition with anyone but yourself GOOD LUCK |
talknafree:@talknafree what has that got to do with anything relating to project managemet. @the rest i am APM certified as a PRINCE2 practitioner and i think a career in PM is very rewarding. talk to phillips consulting, new horizon, digital jewels |
i got my certification as PRINCE2 Practitioner at Digital Jewels in Osbourne Estate, Ikoyi. it was quite expensive but i think it is worth it as it is gradually becoming the generally accepted project methodology in Nigeria. Cheers |
I did my final year project on Production of Fertilizers (Commercially) from Municipal Wastre. Waste management in nigeria had an intrinsic problem of sorting the polythene from the waste. Shredding--->Jigging--->Magnetic seperation---->Vibration----->then composting the only problem is the polythene, which is also very useful commercially if recycled (another expensive process) cannot be removed without decantation - that is filling the feed with water and like with garri, clearing the floating polythene. This because will not aid composting because it is almost indestructible. Non-bio-degradable complex ethylene. Here is the downside - water doesn't here composting. I offer my advise for free ![]() |

davidif:That is the issue with nigeria; people are either afraid or ashamed of their origins. rather than look into the past in search of the realities of their past, they hide under the pretext/pretence of "we are okay where we are", if we never understand the past, the future of our cultures is at risk, never wondered why the Igbo language is the fastest fading of the three major languages of nigeria Every other word in a sentence has english in it. i am a linguist so i understand the intricacies which you may not! |
@RichyBlacK Spot on. I like ur view on this issue. That is another worthy hypothesis |
