Caseless: Jst out ignorance, we've applied religion wrongly as a people. I think if we trully understand religion and what is stands for and what it preaches, it shouldn't deny us good men like fashola and Buhari as VP and president respectively. See wetin religion don do us abeg... Its illiteracy and poverty thats the cause. To the nigeria people as a whole. |

ola6: I hate APC because of the hypocrisy! Today, OBJ is APC's consultant. The hypocrisy is disgusting! Tinubu has sold us for his family's personal wealth. I will not be a part of that. Never voted for PDP but I will now.
BTW, I only saw it, I did not participate. Don't call me a thug. Thank you. You are the biggest liar and hypocrite on this thread and an attention seeking op.. apc is loved by the majority in lagos. If not for any reason but for fashola's sake.. i live in surulere and i can tell you that.. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Man Asks Church To Return His Tithes Or Face Court Action by redcliff: 5:02pm On Nov 30, 2014 |
PastorKun: Actually the church is liable. Churches promise their members financial prosperity if they tithe. They also promise that no devourer shall affect their finances. In the case of this man the financial prosperity promise did not materialise, his finances got devoured and the church even refused to do it's primary responsibility of bringing succour to down trodden members. I believe he has a very good case, he should go ahead and sue. Hopefully he would win the case and other tithe scammers would learn from it. This case is dead on arrival. Dont let me elobrate. But it wont hold water.. |

krispycash: Thank u for this... I spoke against this on another thread and some kid tagged my idea of spending more for less privileged as "Poverty mentality"... And it brings me to my question... What kind of youngsters are we churning out as a country... The type that dont know the value of money.. although there are some times i spend extravagantly which is once a while my conscience pricks me because in my head i think i am doing the wrong thing. Thats the way my mind has been shaped.. i have been to my highest point of resources and lowest too.. so i know wat it is and the fear of going back there would not let me misbehave with money i have |

KELVINXY: You can only archive less through violence, Like they have gave away their chance of voicing out their thoughts and demands.
Assuming they (students) confronted the party with dialogue, with the S.U.G president acting as the mouthpiece of the whole students, Am sure they could have made their demands and intentions known rather than acting like touts. What violence are you talking about? Its not today responsible stakeholders have been tendering their demands to the govt. They have failed and one more dialgue would not make a difference. |

You do not have to buy and sell as a student to make money. Its because Nigerians follow bandwagon that is why anything trending dies before it flies. |
Politics › Re: A Nairalanders fight against corruption in oau by redcliff: 8:14pm On Nov 28, 2014 |
KELVINXY: You made a solid point there.
It amuse me when i see how insensible the youths can be this days, Its worrisome that even with the few changes in our education sectors,it is still hard to incocate the art of Dialogue in the students.! Its obvious that the school S.U.G system is not functioning. I do not see anything bad with what they did. Its the only thing they can do to air their disapproval. Atleast they would have a not so good day knowing that they are not welcomed in a particular place.! |

mitnick: Nice 1. I hope private companies can invest on the 1st class students instead of spending stupidly on celebrities that has nothing to offer the community. Well anywhere in the world, those celebrities are worth more than the firstclass graduates in nigeria combined. You should open your own company and employ all of them. |

kennygee: She is pretty and looks Nerdy.
I am not surprised she is based abroad
A 13 year old writing a book with a Title like this shows she is receiving quality education.
She looks studious and happy, innocent, I'm sure she doesn't have an Instagram or twitter account.
I just have a lot of admiration for her.
Her Dad must be so proud, he must have had her at a young age.
So many have aborted young stars like these on a quack's table. SMH in despair though... |

dreydee: You know why I like Americans ?! They are not Party Sympathisers, they go for the man not the Party! And these Nigerian mof.os are here sweating for one man that will run and leave them if Nigeria was to be destroyed.
LET WE THE YOUTHS TEAM UP AND FIGHT FOR OUR TOMORROW, SO WE CAN IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE WE ARE FIGHTING FOR! WE HAVE THE POWER OF TECHNOLOGY, AWAY WITH THE OLD CARGOES! WE CAN START BY FORMING THE PARTY ON NAIRALAND BEFORE GETTING AWARENESS TO HAVE IT REGISTERED! MUST WE WAIT TILL 2099 BEFORE OUR TOMORROW COMES?! WE ARE LEADERS OF TOMORROW WHICH IS TODAY!GREAT NIGERIAN YOUTHS! ITS OUR TIME! That they said you are a leader of tomorrow didn't mean you will rule as President in Nigeria. You should truly be a leader in your area of influence, If you haven't manifested leadership in any area of your life as a man of more than 30 years of age, then something is wrong somewhere which may not be Buhari or GEJ's fault. Your manifestation in life has little or nothing to do with the leadership of your country but with your God and yourself. Have a rethink bro and do something good with your life instead of being continually disgruntled at men who don't know you ever existed, cheers! Reposted |
