There is nothing like secret or open asset declaration. Asset declaration is when you list your assets and submit it to department in charge before elections. In the past, people couldn't access it but with the FOI, anyone can access it. Have you heard that anyone was denied access to the assets form? If no newspaper have gotten it, did they tell you they were denied the information?

OBJ twice represented him when he was not even available to campaign because of his health issues. If you don't know that, then you don't live in Nigeria.
