Seeing its your first post I'll attempt to answer your question as straight-forward as possible

U can chat 'em up from proper meeting places like work, eating places, bars and the like, and you'll need to work on your lines mate - those cheap lines you imported from Lagos def wont work where u are now
With your tacky username, my guess is they don't even understand wha youre saying, and I can almost bet its lame anyway. U may need to socialise more so you can understand the culture well enough first, its important u do else you'd just be wasting time making a fool of yourself
