I need that 500,000 Naira🌱🌱. I will invest it by buying an acre of land in a remote area of Ogun or Oyo State. Then will be planting budded Oranges, Mango, Grape Citrus and Soursop gradually for the next one year on the land. Fruits are going to continue getting more expensive in Nigeria as the years roll by. The 500k is just to buy the land and a few seedlings. I will take part of my salary to keep buying seedlings every month to take to the land and plant 🙏. Na my plan be that 🙂. |
Still on the matter . If you have the land I need, please contact me on 07049598500. Thanks. |
mamcoker:I need the land much closer to me- Imota, Agbowa, Salabo, Isiu. ( Ikorodu areas ). |
zenburster:We have wicked leaders in Nigeria. Pure sadists occupy our government houses all over Nigeria. |
Very confused British politicians |
Olawrites:I mentioned the Scandinavian countries because they speak English very well in those places unlike Western Europe. I still believe Australia and New Zealand have more opportunities for adventurous Nigerians. I mean people who want to really improve themselves and get knowledge about business and Agriculture . |
Europe is not the only place to travel to. New Zealand and Australia are there. These two faraway lands have lots of opportunities that you need to research on. And if it must be Europe, go to countries like Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland . Exposure matters a lot. |
Go to the white man's land and get exposure, money, experience and tech and come back to Nigeria to set up something. The exposure abroad is very vital. When you are back in Nigeria, hire your armed security and protect yourself. As long as you have a document that allows you to cross borders easily, you can settle back in Nigeria and be a pioneer in your line of business. |
Goddyrichie:Very true, Sir. Ondo State is a great farming State too. |
Ever8090:I love your spirit, Sir. It is a can do spirit. I have the same kind of spirit. Farming must be done by yourself. There are very few trustworthy people in Nigeria. Most Nigerians are out for what they can get from you, simple. If you want anything done, do it by yourself. Make sure you visit your farm frequently and see things for yourself. Our people abroad should start learning from the white people by learning how they run farms, ranches and businesses. Farm work solves accommodation problems if you are abroad e.g Europe or USA or Canada, Australia/New Zealand. As a black person, it might be a bit hard getting a farm or ranch job but you must keep pushing. You will eventually get one and gain a lot of experience and exposure handling sheep, cattle, pigs etc. with experience you gain in 2-3 years as a farm hand, you can apply for Managerial positions in a big farm or ranch. You are settled for life in that way. You can also come back to Nigeria and establish a huge farm with your savings, and bring back the tech and knowledge to Nigeria. God help us all. Amen. |
I need the rains to start falling consistently, o Lord. May this rainy season be good and plentiful for all farmers. Amen. |
Ever8090:How many of our people actually go abroad to see how things are really done 🙏🙏? How many ? Nigerians should start developing a business mind immediately they land in Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada, USA . Go and work on a farm or ranch and learn how to run farms and ranches. If you go and work on a ranch or farm, accommodation won't be a problem for you and you can save money for other things. Start a cleaning business after working for an Agency or cleaning company for like 6 months. Learn the basics of cleaning and start your cleaning business. You will earn more money that way. Start negotiating your cleaning contracts by yourself 🙏💵💷. I ran a successful cleaning business by myself while I was in Europe. Do things differently and be different . Learn handwork when you arrive the white man's lands. Learn plumbing, key and lock making and installation, carpentry , gas engineer, Carpet cleaning etc- these are businesses you can launch out on your own. Cheers. |
Going abroad gives you exposure . Travelling is good to gather money and for developmental or business purposes. I don't support living in the white man's land permanently. |
MaziObinnaokija:It is the anthem of Ogun State. Agriculture is the occupation of Ogun State people. The whole South Western States of Nigeria needs an Agriculture Revolution . |
This is what the Southern Governors should be doing. We need a serious Agriculture revolution in the Southwest especially. Anything planted in the North can also be planted in the South. Cheers. |
If you have a goat/sheep farm for lease, please contact me. If you have a farm structure where goats and ducks can be raised and you want to lease it out, please contact me. I also want to rent the place. Thanks. Whatsapp me on 07049598500. 1. I also need farm land for lease in Imota, Isiu , Salabo and Agbowa areas of Ikorodu. I need the farmland for lease strictly in these places I have mentioned. Thanks. 2. I also want to lease a farm structure where goats and ducks can be raised. Please get in touch with me via Whatsapp- 07049598500. |
Still on the matter. I am still looking for land for farming . Your land must be in the Imota, Isiu, Salabo, Aleke Town areas. If you have a goat/sheep pen and a farm where ducks can be raised for lease, please contact me. Whatsapp me. Thanks. 07049598500. Tolu/Emmanuel. |
Jicks55:Nobody is lowering the standards with this move. It is a great move. Agriculture courses like Agriculture Extension, Animal Science, Soil Science, Animal Science & Husbandry etc are hands on and practical. Why do students need JAMB to study such courses in the University 😲😲? Go and check the Faculties of Agriculture in our Universities. They have lots of empty classrooms in these Faculties . Look, if after admission to study Agriculture Courses and students cannot cope, then they should be told to leave the university system, simple. No need for JAMB exams for some courses in Education and Agriculture in our Universities. Cheers. |
azpekuliar:No one should be allowed to switch courses if they take this route. |
It is a good move. I welcome the idea. I have always believed that students studying Agriculture courses do not necessarily have to sit for JAMB to gain admission into Universities. Secondary school students should be encouraged to study Agriculture in our universities. The Agriculture Faculties of many universities have very few students in some Departments e .g Soil Science , Agriculture Extension , Animal Science, Horticulture etc. |
David Fizdale . It is a good development. |
MatrixReloaded:I am just like your dad. I am planting lots of fruits in my compound. I have a facility somewhere in Ikorodu and I have been planting a lot of fruits there since 2024. Some of the fruits are thriving e.g Plantain and Pawpaws, some fruits are still growing ( 4-5 years to start producing fruit for consumption ) , while some have failed to make me happy. I lost a pawpaw tree last week due to heavy winds. The banana plants , except one, have not fruited since 2024 November . I am thinking of cutting them down and replacing them with Citrus trees 🙏🙂. |
How much for a 50 kg bag or 100 kg bag of your cassava flour ? Thanks. |
Rockyfancino:We have not even scratched the surface when it comes to farming in Nigeria. Let me just pause here. |
BascoVanVeli:Let us hope and pray she takes this form to the World Cup 🙏. And play well for Nigeria in Berlin 🙏🇳🇬. |
EpicDude123:@ OP, this advice is very good. Follow it. Cheers. |
[quote author=carbonado post=139263418]....Indiana fever actually....[/quote Yes, the Fever. Indiana Fever. Noted. |
carbonado:Our shooting outside the perimeter is bad. We can't go far in the World Cup if we don't work on our three points shots. We need to knock down the threes. |
PDPGuy:I feel Izoje will make the squad to Berlin too. We have not seen the best from her. Let's watch her against the Indiana Aces. I have observed that some players are given more time than the others on the court . Izoje, White and Nwaedozi are spending more time on court than the others. As for Blessing Ejiofor, she is making a point and pushing not to be left out of the team to Berlin. She has more experience than the NCAA players in the squad. We have never really seen Ejiofor play up to 30 minutes on court to really assess her 🙂. Personally, I don't think she is that good or can change the outcome of games. One of the new ladies might push her out of the team. Let's see Ejiofor against the Indiana Aces 🇳🇬💪. |
carbonado:Izoje is under construction. She will keep developing in the NCAA. I watched the game between Nigeria and LA Sparks this afternoon. Our ladies were out of sorts against the LA Sparks 😲😲. We had many turnovers, could not score lots of free throws and it was clear that we don't have a three points shooter in our squad. Very atrocious shooting by Dtigresses. I was horrified. Our ladies played better against Minnesota Lynx 💪💪🇳🇬. Yeah, I can see now. Gabby White is very good. I place her above Izoje in this series of friendly games/USA tour. Then Favour Nwaedozi was great against the Sparks 🙏. I would love to watch her against Indiana Aces . We just have to work on 3 points shooting. That was what the Sparks used to destroy us- three pointers. |
carbonado:I hope Okananwa has not gotten a call from USA basketball to step out of DTigress camp 😄😄😄. I don't trust the Americans when it comes to undermining African teams especially. Hmn. |
Jayrow08:We are also good in Sports- Athletics, Basketball and FOOTBALL- Victor Ikpeba, Odion Ighalo, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, Austin Eguavoen, Thompson Oliha, Victor Igbinoba ( China 85 u-16 ), Festus Odini, Victor Osimhen, Willy Agbonavbare ( Goalkeeper ) etc. |
. It is a good development.
