Do you love fruits? Do you want to your compound to be transformed into an orchard? Fruits are very expensive nowadays and with the way the economy is at the moment, fruits will get more costlier. Have you ever imagined that one orange ( unpeeled ) can be sold for 100 naira? How much did you buy Mangoes this year? Mangoes were sold for 500 naira for 4 pieces shocked shocked shocked. How about bananas and grapes? It is even hard to see grapes being sold by fruit sellers nowadays. Pawpaws, African Star Apple ( Agbalumo ), Avocado Pear, Guavas ( hard to find in the market or on roadsides ), Oranges, Tangerines, Sugarcane etc cost a lot of money these days. If you are not happy about the situation, we are here to provide a solution.

We can help you turn your house into an orchard. We can do the hard work for you- clearing weeds, digging and transplanting the seedlings and suckers in selected parts of your compound. We will come with organic manure which will make the seedlings grow quickly and stabilize their roots in the soil. Just tell us the fruit you want and we will get the seedling for you at an affordable price. Call us or whatsapp us and lets have a discussion. If you are based in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Europe, Dubai, Qatar, China, Japan or other parts of Africa and even Nigeria, we can turn your compound into an orchard with all kinds of fruit trees. Are you building a new home and you want fruits planted in the premises or compound? Please get in touch with us. Chat us up and we will give you a quotation based on the number of fruits you want to be planted at your place or property.

Are you a factory or company and you want your premises to have all kind of fruits planted on it? Please Whatsapp me for a discussion. Thanks. The pictures below are from a job we did for a client in Ikorodu. Cheers.

Call/Whatsapp Amazing Grace Orchard Services on 07049598500. We look forward to hearing from you.

Good decision to those ready to change their life's.
Empowerment not meant for everyone expecially those waiting on govt to spoonfeed them.
This stems if cut into pieces can be planted on one plot of land and manage well that in 8months time this person will have no reason to complain about hunger.
Cassava harvested on one plot of land and if converted to garri can feed a family of 6 for a whole year.

Good thinking. I did not see the Governor in the picture though. How are we sure it is a government initiative?

Wakama is good, but there's nothing special that she's doing, because D'Tigress are all professionals in the US........they they're beyond the basics in the game, they're ready made and well groomed in Basketball

Otis is American and has more experience coaching national teams than Rena Wakama. What has Otis achieved at the Olympics compared to Rena's achievement in Paris this year? Rena is a great Coach and she is going to greater heights if she continues like this. I am not putting Otis down though. He achieved a lot for Nigeria too. Cheers.

jidestroud:

Oh.. me bad. What I mean by curing is simply composting the manure Oga mi. By doing this, it is ready to be used directly on the crops, no smells, most if the disease causing pathogens have been killed off etc. It smells like good soil by now. You can hardly ever tell it is pig manure after composting it.

By His grace, I will upload pictures of my compost site tomorrow.

Very good. I will be expecting it. Thanks.

Agriculture / Re: What's The Best Crop To Plant On A 3 Plots Of Land For Maximum Yield In 1 Year by Redman44(m): 6:14pm On Sep 08
FreeSpirited:

Thanks very much.....I was also thinking of Yam cos it's relatively expensive, what's your opinion on Yam and it's season for planting and yield

I don't know much about Yam cultivation. if you plant yams, you will need to put bamboo stakes for the vines of the yam plants to climb on, which can be costly. Cassava does not need stakes or sticks for support. Or you can cultivate vegetables on the three plots from now till January if there is a well or borehole nearby. Then clear and manure the land with chicken poo by February . By March 2025, plant Maize and Cassava of 6 me months together. Cheers.

FreeSpirited:
Since inflation and economy is biting really hard, and food crops is now gold, I'm reconsidering the idea of farming even though I have never farmed before.
Recently after thinking hard on various options and lack of enough funding, i realize I can start my plans for farming using a 3 plots of land lying fallow and close to the town, belongin to a close relative of mine.
.
So the next question is what's the best crop to farm between now and November on a 3 plots in Southwest, considering the season, yield and one year maximum harvest time.
.
I will appreciate answer.

Plant Cassava ( six months variety ) latest by October and plant Maize by May/June next year. So you will have two crops to harvest. The cassava can be made into garri or fufu and the maize can be sold off to people who roast for sale or for other purposes. Cheers.

My wife has a Masters degree in English Literature but she has never used it. She bakes Cakes and makes Small Chops for a living. And she makes good money from her catering business. I have a B.A Degree in History but I am a polymath. I have a lot of interest in Agriculture and Food Processing. I also write very well and can do different things easily. I don't believe in paper qualifications. Knowledge can be gotten via the Internet and YouTube videos these days. Masters Degree? Nah, for Me. Cheers.
