Politics › Re: Police Release Owerri Bomb Suspects by redsun(m): 10:52am On Jun 29, 2014
Abagworo: The question is how believable this story is but if true it means Imo State has gone far in tourism. It means international tourists now visit Owerri and is a plus to the Government and people. On the other hand I have a feeling that the bomb issue could have been stage-managed to create an atmosphere of insecurity in Imo State by the enemies of the State or those desperate for power grab backed by Abuja.
You mean opio tourism?.Uganda-hiv-sex trade.Toxic cocktail.
Politics › Re: Why Does President Goodluck Jonathan Like Black Clothes - Suspicious by redsun(m): 10:46am On Jun 29, 2014
Maybe the cold from too much aircondition usage is getting at him.Black in hot and vibrant place like africa is terrible, but in cold and gloomy europe,it is heart warming.

Black clothes absorbs heat, while white reflects it.
Sports › Re: Super Eagles: The Insult Is Beyond Belief by redsun(m): 10:33am On Jun 29, 2014
Why won't they fvck with you guys when you kill each other over european clubs as brainwashed fans? The way they publicized european football on nairaland, you will think it is some kind of redneck forum.Nothing about nigerian or african football, nothing about the sparsely managed clubs.

Football is about supremacy,if you don't have your original game plans, you are just as good as a typical follow follow. And that includes publicity, you tell the world what you want them to hear in your own words, not what they think or say.
Celebrities › Re: Charly Boy Disgraces Okorocha At Oputa’s Burial Over N20M For Arrangements by redsun(m): 4:54pm On Jun 28, 2014
Didn't they have events schedule for the funeral? And the list of who and who that is suppose to make speeches or read sermons? How could it have gotten to that point of altercation in a funeral of a learned man?
Politics › Re: Amaechi: What Happened In Ekiti Can’t Occur In Rivers by redsun(m): 3:18pm On Jun 28, 2014
The fact is that nigerians are beginning to see apc as an islamic party that might lay the ground for the forceful imposition of sharia all over nigeria, A move that might be the only solution to the incessant bombings and killings of the day. There are so many wayward islamic radicals in that party that wouldn't appeal to sane mind at all. As insane as nigerians are,i don't think they will willingly go that way, even with 12 bags of chemical infestedthai or chinese rice at hand for their votes.
Nairaland General › Re: Seun, Address Nairalanders by redsun(m): 1:38pm On Jun 28, 2014
It could have been the football fever and the unprecedented traffic.Coupled with the nigerian factor of unpreparedness in an eventuality.
Politics › Re: Fayose Makes Guinness Book Of Records by redsun(m): 1:23pm On Jun 28, 2014
lekzyn: . I am not and I will never be an APC nor PDP sympathizer but the fact is in an "SANE" nation not like Nigeria, you need to clear your name first before been eligible to contest any election when having a case in the court of law. Fayemi or Fayose are not saints.
Nigeria is institutionally depraved, full of mentally deranged "good" citizens.Even ibori or farouk lawan will win elections in nigeria if they massively invest their stolen loots in it
Islam › Re: Islamic Cleric Declares On Going World Cup Haram by redsun(m): 12:59pm On Jun 28, 2014
Scyllapatron: do people still listen to islamic clerics?
Can you hear yourself? Why do you think the very ignorant parts of world is at war at moment?People killing each other like intensively reared chickens in slaughter houses for no apparent reasons.
Christianity Etc › Re: Locked Up For Being An Atheist In Nigeria. . . by redsun(m): 12:17pm On Jun 28, 2014
In actual sense it is his family and the psychiatric hospital that admitted on that ground that needs thorough psychiatric evaluations.
Food › Re: How Often Do You Eat With Cutlery?? by redsun(m): 12:13pm On Jun 28, 2014
The core essence of cutleries is to keep you safe from germs, especially for those of you that doesn't wash your hands with antibacteria soap after going to the loo. There is no big about it,it is just a thoughtful innovation of man that helps him deal with unseen monsters around.

If you must eat with your bare hands, make sure you wash thoroughly with soap and dry it properly before munching.

Crime › Re: Mother Of 18-yr-old Boy Who Killed Virgin For Ritual Speaks by redsun(m): 10:47am On Jan 10, 2014
He could longed been seen by a psychiatric in a rational society where religion is irrelevant. But nigeria being primitively superstitious, everything mis-normal is blamed on demons and spirits.
Politics › Re: Sanusi Erases Scheduled Leave, Dares Jonathan by redsun(m): 10:36am On Jan 10, 2014
Why is this central bank governor so politically controversial?I thought he was suppose to be civil servant?

He probably have enough evidences of financial misappropriations to blackmail gej, that is why is so bold and disrespectful.

How good is he himself?
Politics › Re: Oshiomole Buys Chips From Child Who Should Be In School by redsun(m): 10:29am On Jan 10, 2014
tunjiadeyemo: Oshiomole just wants to be friendly but this action was a wrong manner
He doesn't really know fundamentally what children stands for in the 21st century and that is the problem with nigeria, the socalled leaders don't have a hint of what the game is all about,of hat is really important. They don't know that it is about passing on the banners to children that will carry on to the nest generation and for the to be able to do that, they have to be nurtured rationally.

Children are the future and they come first before adults.A nation that doesn't have the interests of children as priorities is a failed nation.
Travel › Re: Woman Caught Sneaking Into U.S. In A Suitcase by redsun(m): 8:43pm On Jan 09, 2014
Thai women are always quite petit, fitting into a suitcase won't be much of a problem. It is what fundamental ignorance, people risking their lives to leave their countries for another man's land even when they have it all at home.

Some ghanaians have some mixed race links, aswell being exceptionally dark.

jude33084: Stupidity In d highest order. Make your research dumb head
I wonder what research you want him to make?He is speaking the truth,it is you that need to make some serious research.

Children are not main to fend for adults or themselves, unless in unexceptional circumstances like war or if their parents are incapacitated by illness of some sort.

Queen elizabeth cocoa butter! Can you imagine that?

Politics › Re: Oshiomole Buys Chips From Child Who Should Be In School by redsun(m): 7:53pm On Jan 09, 2014
That child was totally insignificant to him.The cheap political scores he was trying to make are that he eats kpekere and patronizes the poor(gullible). A total contrast from his usual lifestyle of lavish trips to dubai, kingsways stores, leventis and the latest craze, shoprites.

They are like gold fish at this moment of WEB age and their incensant fooolishness can not be hidden anymore.

Politics › Re: Breaking News..innocent Chukwuma The Most Innovative Entrepreneur 2013 by redsun(m): 7:15pm On Jan 09, 2014
There are a whole lot of hard working nigerians that contributes immensely to the nigerian economy on daily basis.Unrecognized and unappreciated little people that keeps the system functional.

By their seeds we shall know them on the day of reckoning.
Politics › Re: Oshiomole Buys Chips From Child Who Should Be In School by redsun(m): 6:59pm On Jan 09, 2014
The highest order of hypocrisy. Not even a child on holiday should he allow to hawk dangerously. If parents can not fend for their children, their children should be taken away from them and they shouldn't have children in the first place if they are not ready to care for them,it not compulsory people must have children.Children are main to be pampered and intelligently nurtured for adulthood, not for slaving and toiling.

He is a typical Foolish nigerian leader with no affection whatsoever for children other than his own.

DaLover: Transformation agenda, fresh air...call it what you like...its taking place everywhere
Honestly, there could be more to gej's administration than see the eye.It could be a silent revolution that will take quite some to manifest fully.

I am quite impressed with the way he is trying to bring the railway back, his ban even though the managers are still very typical nigerians. The importation of the unessential, like rice and used cars.I am also very impressed with what i saw in london.

Sometimes his actions reminds one that gurus like ngozi okonjo are in his team.

Tintinix: Nice to note that something is being done about the unprofessional behaivour previously observed...
Our Naijaness cannot be completely lost na! Even with you @OP... "Yoruba lady..."
I expect zero traffic on this thread, infact some might come to say this report is a figment of the OP imagination, or a PDP paid agent...etc
Though I don't mind being surprised oh!
grin grin

Not in that way,she was just a customer like me who happens to be there for me as a fellow nigerian.

enigmang: The embassy has really really improved since this last ambassador ...a friend that was dreading passport replacement was shocked when he got it in less than 5days...
There is a great atmosphere there, even the queen herself will be impressed if she goes there for visa. They are making great efforts to do the job and satisfy customers. It could look a bit chaotic at first, but by the time you settle in,you will notice that everything seems to be working.

Although there is problem with the online payment, which requires customers to come all the way from where they are with added transportation and miscellanous cost to there office to make payment they could have easily made online if there system was working. But that has to do with OIS,the subsidiary company that undertakes the initial form process.

We will get there as nigerians if we just do it,honestly. It is a simple as that.
Politics › An Improved Nigerian High Commission London by redsun(op):
I was in Nigerian High Commission in London recently for some transactions and i was quite impressed with the positive attitude of the staffs.Tolerant, helpful, patient and proffessional.I couldn't believe it because from what i have heard of that place,i thought it going to be a hell zone and never going to get anything done.I got my business sorted and satisfied.

Although there were nigerian scenes here and there, but the general atmosphere was welcoming and progressive.I even met a lovely yoruba lady that appeared like an angel when i needed one and all for nothing.

Some character don't deserve a chance, irrespective of what you think they means to you.A bad woman is a misery and you don't need it.Same applies to a bad man.

You think you are well brought up?Even when you live like sickly rats in nigeria, with little or no initiatives, because you have been subdued from childhood not to think for yourself and be responsible without being bullied like zombies

You can't evolve, yet you think you are rational.Everything is a mystery, even cleaning the streets is a mystery in nigeria.
