For the financial help, people would have to come together to contribute what they all have. Getting by a single person to finance everything might take a while and dat might be too late. South Africa as at 19 when last i checked world unemployment index is just second in the world after Greece buh that won't stop other Africans from migrating to the country because the infrastructural developments cover for their shortcoming unlike nigeria where the infrastructure is in shambles hence reveal the poverty level in its full glare.
