nedu666:He is still young. He can become president if he’s patient. Presidency is not by gra gra. There is a way to go about it. |
9jatriot:There was. Many people were abusing the govt when they initiated the project. Saying after all we have Eko bridge and Carter bridge. |
FayaBall:I just educated you on the dumbness of your position. ![]() |
FayaBall:You would say anything to keep worshiping your white gods. I wonder what jazz the British did on you. Got you locked in. 🔒 |
FayaBall:How is disseminating information ‘copying’? If you call that copying then the art of writing, they copied from us. They copied mathematics, astronomy, the calendar, marriage, seafaring, iron-smelting, medicine, architecture, from AFRICANS. Even RELIGION is an African innovation. Science originated in Africa. A factory used for manufacturing paint was discovered in South Africa, and was carbon dated to an incredible 100,000 years old! It showed evidence of deep knowledge of chemistry, with various chemical mixtures and elements found at the site, used by Homo Sapiens, ie modern humans. https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-15257259.amp Do you know that white people only emerged 7,000 years ago, from ancient black African settlers in Europe who lost their skin tone by mutations/albinism etc? Your ancestors, the ancient Egyptians, referred to them as ‘Children in the mysteries’. So you are historically their teachers. Their parents. Anything you do, you’re not copying them. You’re only reclaiming yourself. |
budaatum:You are correct, but this can be resolved by ensuring INCLUSIVENESS in the deliberations leading up to the establishment of the new religion. The representatives of EVERY traditional religious heritage in the country will be at these meetings. In fact we will LOCK THEM ALL IN A ROOM, and refuse them exit until they produce a COGENT, COMPREHENSIVE, MODERN RELIGION WITH A HOLY BOOK, based on our rich spiritual heritage. |
FayaBall:I disagree. Africans INVENTED writing. So we are not copying anyone. It was the world that copied and learned from us and then whitewashed the history. |
FayaBall:That’s a good sign of African universality. We are one people. Of course that’s simply my preference. I didn’t want to use a Nigerian name because you know how we are. Other regions will claim marginalisation and favouritism if you don’t use their name and all that wahala. So for me it’s best to use a foreign but African name for God. |
FayaBall:African spirituality is like a formless Sea of Knowledge. What we are trying to do is to give it a ‘structure’, so that it’s accessible to more people, and easier to understand. To this effect we would require summits and seminars attended by our most brilliant and knowledgeable traditional religionists and historians. They will brainstorm on traditional spirituality and doctrines, and emerge with a HOLY BOOK of AFRICAN SPIRITUALITY after a minimum 3 years of deliberations. This book will be mass produced and disseminated just like the bible and koran. A formalised priesthood will be developed to accompany the new faith of course. |
SangoProMax:The Supreme Being is the God. We can call him any name we like. Personally I like the Zulu name for God, Unkulunkulu. |
LegendHero:They are sick people. This fool Obi says they will be job losses from demolished businesses, forgetting that this road will create millions of jobs and business opportunities after opening up new areas throughout the coastline. He is just a shortsighted village man who can’t see the big picture in anything. |
IPOB OUTCASTS CLAIMING TO BE ‘NIGERIANS’. JOKE OF THE CENTURY. SORRY, NIGERIANS DO NOT REGARD YOU AS NIGERIANS. YOU ARE OUTCASTS. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR SIT-AT-HOME? USELESS THINGS. SPIT. |
ANYTHING RIFFRAFF OSENI SAYS MUST BE TAKEN WITH A HEAVY PINCH OF SALT. THAT MAN HATES NIGERIA WITH A PASSION, JUST LIKE IPOB TERRORISTS. HE IS A DEMON WHO REVELS IN NEGATIVITY. YOU WILL NEVER SEE OR HEAR ANY GOOD THING COMING OUT OF THIS MAN. HE IS THE MALE VERSION OF AISHA YESUFU. DEVIL INCARNATES. |
Ken4Christ:Spoken like a truly brainwashed person. If you had been born in China or India or Mali, you would have a completely different world view. You think christianity is the “only real way” because you were born in a region invaded by British colonialists a mere 120 years ago, and their doctrines were drilled into your head as a child. If you had been born in China, the doctrines of Buddha would have been drilled into your head as a child, and by now, only Buddhism would be the “real truth” in your head. So you are a Christian simply due to where you were born. Stop deceiving yourself that it is the “only way”. God doesn’t save according to geography. |

OAFMods:😂 He’s drunk from the contents of Obi’s brewery. |
DMerciful:IPOB opinion doesn't count. Or do you see Simon Ekpa here? Go and relate with your 'Plime Millister' and leave us regular Nigerians alone. |
MrBrownJay1:And if Nigeria is not fantastic, it is all Tinubu's fault, ba? Do you know when Nigeria began having problem? Dem never even born your papa when e start . Nigeria is HOME, and there's no place like HOME. Enugu random pic https://i0.wp.com/outravelandtour.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/GRA-Enugu-1024x576.jpg |
Forkthiefnubu:GROW UP. Tinubu is not supposed to be an 'Obama', to titillate you with flowery, feel-good garbage. He's a focused technocrat that is clearly driven to succeed, and he speaks like it. That's why he received wide applause. |
MrBrownJay1:Actually, Mr IPOB, that was in Saudi Arabia, not in the west. Who told you the average Nigerian cannot get 3 square meals a day? What survey did you conduct? IPOB survey from Finland? You IPOB.S always think everyone is starving in their houses except you. |
Oh, Mr President did so well. So eloquent in his delivery, and drawing wide applause. See the respect the international community have for Nigeria, calling it the African superpower etc. Great discussion at the very heights of international discourse. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKqDXpQu124&ab_channel=speaknsee |
Justnation:Relax.....If Finidi doesn't do the job as required, they'll give it to Amunike. He's only 53. There's time. He will coach Eagles. |
Sangoamadioha1:Ohhh..... Eagles legend, Mutiu Adepoju. ![]() That dude always gave his all in the Green White Green. |
Jamesclooney:God bless you and your family for this comment. |
fkelly:Indeed it is. |
One Penny coin of Nigeria during British rule featuring the Star of David (known in Igboland as the Star of Eri). THEY KNOW YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW YOURSELF. Just as was prophesied in Deuteronomy 28, that you would lose the knowledge of who you were, and others would claim your identity. https://coinquest.com/cq_data/cq_ro/coins_380/nigeria_penny_1959.jpg Ancient Hebrews being led off ito Assyrian captivity, 2,800 years ago (720 BC). Note kinky African hair. They actually LOOK like Igbos. Certainly like people from the West and Central African forest regions. That white outfit they have on with the gown just above the ankles, is still worn TODAY by Igbo traditional priests. https://i.pinimg.com/736x/4a/9e/a0/4a9ea0a41bb471e87dd6eb73aa074b98.jpg |
Bendeco2020:It seems that way to you because you are ignorant, and do not research to learn new things about the world you live in. ...... ''On the 14th day of January 2022 [12 Shebat 5782], the Jewish Rabbinate of the Obadya Alliance [Dayan Jacob de Oliveira, Dayan Eliezer Tabor, Dayan Yehonatan Elazar-DeMota, Rabbi Hananiah Cohen, and Rabbi Haim Ovadia] ruled that the Igbos of Nigeria are descendants of ancient Israelites. According to the Rabbinate, “the presence of Israelites along the Niger River had been known by Jewish authorities in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Lithuania, and Suriname. Rabbinic letters addressed to the Igbos by Chief rabbis: Dr. Solomon Hershel Lewin, David Meldola, and the Gaon of Vilna (Elijan Zalman), support the idea that there was contact between European Jewish communities and Igbo Israelites. All of the correspondence from the aforementioned rabbinic authorities address the Igbos as “brethren of the Children of Israel.” Accordingly, there is no doubt of their origins, nor of their halakhic status as Israelites.” According to the Rabbinate....... the data of the majority of those who have reported their autosomal and y-chromosome DNA, supports that their ancestors migrated from the Levant Basin, sharing genetic links with Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews alike. The Rabbinate noted the fact that rabbinic authorities during the Songhai Empires were aware of Israelites in Igboland, which leads to the logical conclusion that they treated Igbos as Israelites. The final conclusion of the Obadya Alliance Rabbinate was that “Igbos are to be treated as Israelites, in every sense of the word, and also their priestly and Levite lineages should be upheld as valid.” The Rabbinate advised that upon the return of the Igbos to Omenana (what you do in the Land), they should be circumcised [if they hadn’t performed it already], say the sheheḥeyánu afterwards, and partake in the kola nut ceremony with their brethren, as is customary among Igbos.'' http://hint-magazine.com/jewish-rabbinical-court-rules-igbos-are-israelites/?fbclid=IwAR0JZu2OsIQgmV_PA_zAR6DVUoeErC_dweKH0rDHd6TO2ScMOT3Ge81UeIE https://www./jewish-rabbinate-rules-igbos-israelites-eugene-emeka-maduewesi-ll-m-/ |
Bendeco2020:What a foolish and stupid question. Go back up and read the meaning of the word in both languages, which I posted. Virtually identical meaning. Am a typical Onitsha/Igbo man not a jew. Try respect yourself and generation. The ancient Hebrews were blacks and major evidence points to Igbos and some other African groups. It has nothing to do with whether you like it or not. Why do you think the British put a Star of David on the Kobo coin? There is a lot you are ignorant about. |
paramakina202:School dropout. It is ‘had’, not ‘have’. The two pictures you are seeing there are what, in your eyes? Stupid drunken tout. This is the only forum I’ve seen where you can show someone a full clear picture showing the opposite of what he claimed, and yet he would still deny it. Fcking crackheads or is it heroin that you inject here. |
paramakina202:Unschooled ignoramuses and historical illiterates. This was a VILLAGE far outside Benin city. It was drawn by British visitor, Mary Evans in 1836. This was a full 61 years before the British invasion of the Benin kingdom in 1897. AND 78 years before 'Nigeria' was born (in 1914). https://www.prints-online.com/p/164/benin-village-scene-4359826.jpg Benin Village Scene, 1836 Village scene in Benin - a high-ranking citizen with his attendants Source: Wall Art and Photo Gifts from Mary Evans Picture Library https://www.prints-online.com/benin-village-scene-4359826.html As you can see, we had multi-storey buildings, with sophisticated roofing and ventilation systems in VILLAGES before the colonial era. Yet we have this image that they all lived in muds huts with thatched roofs. WHY? We have been seriously miseducated about our past. It looks even better than many parts of our country today. Who knows how far ahead we would have been today absent of colonial invasion and disruption of our civilisation? If our villages looked like this nearly 200 years ago, how might they have looked TODAY, without European invasion? Maybe like WAKANDA! And here is BENIN CITY PROPER drawn by the same woman in 1836, showing multi-storey buildings and monuments. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DhFQSSxX0AADqSb.jpg The British bombed, burned down and looted this beautiful city! They just could not bear to see such an advanced city built by black Africans. This is why we say that colonialism did not bring civilisation to Nigeria. It took away our civilisation, and replaced it wIth vagabondism! |
Nigeria Must Develop A New RELIGION And Sell It To The World Like They Sold Us Christianity & Islam. We must revisit our traditional African spirituality, and build a world class religion out of it. It must be very spiritual, and assist us and the rest of the world in our moral and ethical rejuvenation. We must build TEMPLES for the religion, and they must be well built and maintained. One thing I've noticed is that ANYTHING NIGERIAN SELLS in today's international market. Our Nollywood, but most especially our Afrobeats superstars have made Nigeria a very hot cake in international circles. A well-branded, well packaged new Nigerian religion will take off and spread like wildfire around the world. This is the best time to use a dynamic, new, modern, home-grown Nigerian RELIGION to push a pax-Nigeriana to Africa and the rest of the world. Let's do it. ![]() |
