onumadu:There ARE remnants of the ancient black Chinese in today's China. https://i.pinimg.com/564x/43/41/97/434197ef8424e14608ef6d12e14219fb.jpg |
SmartPolician:In THEORY, the law makes sense. If anyone could build a road how they see fit, it would lead to many substandard roads etc, whereas govt built roads will have one high, regular, reliable standard. But we know theory and reality don't always jell in our dear old Naija. |
Emergingnation:So...why are your Igbo people spread all over Nigeria more than any other ethnic group, to the tune of tens of millions of people from Kano to Sokoto and Lagos? Don't bother to answer. You're too thick, dumb and stupid to respond. If Nigeria divides, hope you are ready to receive 30 million Igbo deportees from Nigeria into your landlocked DOT. You can be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN Nigeria will never allow you in a million years to seize the Niger Delta, which we all know is where your greedy eyes are focused. Stupid dunce. Fat head no brain. |
obehi247:Your problem is you can't even express yourself. You are a school dropout who thinks he knows anything. Just get lost from here. Wastrel. Your juniors are establishing startups in Lagos attracting multimillion dollar funding from across the world, while a dunce like you is here calling for white men to come and slap your backside, pee in your mouth, and rape your mother. Olodo. Come on get out of here, you slave. You're a disgrace to whoever birthed you. |
obehi247:Ignorant dunce. So because you type in English, therefore the English must come and rule you again. DUMBO. FAT HEAD, NO BRAIN. |
obehi247:Your problem is semi-literacy. Don't go and do something useful with your useless, self hating life. Colonial rule was fantastic, yet we didn't have our first power plant till 1964 (Kainji Dam) when blacks began to rule. They so despised you, they didn't build you ONE single university in their entire nearly one century ruling your land. Today you have 200+ universities, courtesy of black rule, and can produce professionals in their thousands annually. Yet your coloinised, brainwashed head tells you that THEIR rule was 'better'. Who did this to you? If whites were so great, WHY THE FCK were we still an underdeveloped bush in 1960, a full 70 years after they seized power? Why are we still needing to build BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE today, if THEY did THEIR job? Dumb idiots. You people just make me sick with your slave mentality on this forum. Your thick skulls do not grasp that the very RAISON DETRE of colonialism is the economic exploitation of the colonised nation by and for the benefit of the coloniser. Why would you be so DUMB as to say that THAT system is 'better' than your own independence, no matter how tenuous? Are you CRAZY? Your brainwashed heads simply see 'white skin' and think 'goodness and grace', completely lost to the fact that they operate by their INTERESTS and not out of altruism. Meaning that YOUR development runs COUNTER to their interests in needing you to be a perennial supplier of raw materials to their industries, and a perennial buyer of THEIR finished, industrial goods. So WHY will they develop you? Mumu people. You are only smart when it comes to being suspicious of your fellow Nigerians. But the sight (or thought) of white skin melts your brains. You turn pussycat dunce. |
kettykin:Shut up. Does she not have to stand for election and campaign before she is elected or not? Or you think she will just be sitting in her house in America and become president of Nigeria simply because she is an ''accomplished, celebrated economist''? Mumu people. |
ContentedK:You're crazy. Killing your fellow Igbos or policemen is murder. Sitting at home destroys your economy. None of this is helping you achieve any ''freedom''. |
EzeAro:So you're chopping life like this and yet you hate Buhari and Nigeria with a passion? Wetin dem do you kwanu? |
disloman:Exactly. If I am Buhari I will be happy they are even sitting at home. The less we see of them the better. |
EzeAro:When the army invades and destroys you animals now, you will start shrieking 'human rights' and 'genocide'. Mr Ya kpotu ba. Dumb and dumber. |
Theunbothered:No. YOU are stupid. One thing you dullards need to understand for once in your self hating lives is that Corruption is an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK. The banks in the UK are a part of that NETWORK. Their active participation in harbouring stolen funds makes them ACCESSORIES in crime. Now, ALL this writer is saying is that since the Economist is a British based publication, WHY have they not gone after THEIR BANKS acting as the store for our looted monies, IF they cared about corruption in Nigeria? How does their tarnishing Nigeria's image without addressing THEIR role in its problems help Nigeria or help you? This writer is making an intelligent observation which you THICK AND DUMB crowd, stuck in your ''what did the Economist say that is not true'' lane - too naive and stupid to see when you're being manipulated by your enemy to hate and blame yourselves more, while they bank your cash. A RIGHT THINKING NIGERIAN will say to the Economist. ''Sorry. You can go to hell, Economist, UNTIL you accost YOUR banks and pressure them to stop THEIR role as harbourers of our money.'' What stops you from doing that is your slave mentality and racial inferiority complex that makes them irreproachable to you. With that mentality, you can never end corruption in Nigeria. Because the minute it gets to where the white man is involved (being part of the network) you freeze. And turn pussy cat. The UK is a developed country, Nigeria is not, and that is precisely because of the actions of Nigerian politicians.Wrong and stupid deduction. 80% OF THE WORLD comprises developing countries like Nigeria. They are materially poor because of the history of western destruction of their civilizations and looting of their wealth to fund the current western riches. It is why Britain has an annual budget of 2 TRILLION dollars, while Nigeria has one of just 35 billion dollars. Even if our politicians were saints, we would still struggle to develop. So get your facts straight. |
Baselm:Absolutely. They hate themselves. Who made them this way, only God knows, because they are loads of poorer countries out there, where the people don't hate themselves and their country like this. |
greatiyk4u:Nairalanders in general have VERY LOW IQ. That is why they can't see where this writer is coming from. |
laiperi:Her problem was pure greed and selfishness. She was clearly not well raised by her parents. She has no moral compass. |
Wiseandtrue:Provide EVIDENCE that any of those people stole billions of dollars and bought 12 million dollar bra or shut the fck up. |
house10s:Na wa o. I don't even get the point of this thread. 59? He's still a small boy sef. OP is sounding like Femi is 89 or something. |
Pauldollars:How do you know Akufo Addo is telling you the truth about the project cost? You're so naive. Politicians are experts at manipulating public opinion. |
babaolofin:Diezani is worse. She used those her poor fishermen kinsmen's money to buy 12.5 million dollar bra. So kindly shut up. |
iluvdonjazzy:Our own FAMILIES encourage it. Imagine if you were made that Oil Minister. Can you imagine the amount of pressure you would come under from just about everyone who's ever known you? They would all be demanding you change their life for the better with millions of dollars. Even your own kids, parents, siblings, would regard you as a 'MUMU' if you don't 'take advantage' of your position. The problem is that we are Africans who've had a foreign system of administration forcibly imposed on us. So we subconsciously don't take the system serious. In Botswana, their system of government is combined traditional and western. They have a House of Chiefs, for instance, which is just as powerful as the House of Reps etc. It makes a huge difference. It is no wonder they are the least corrupt African nation in all indices, as well as one of the most successful economies on the continent, with near zero poverty and crime. |
Infinixhot6:You're very stupid. Do you know what is inside the so-called 'vaccine'? Nobody has any right to force another to inject any substance into their body. |
If I were the science minister and somebody asked me about my 'promise to manufacture pencils', I would simply say to him: ''If you need me to manufacture pencils for you, then you might as well go and commit suicide because you are completely useless to your life and your entire generation!''. |
paskal16:YOU are the dunce, waiting for someone else to make you toothpicks. LAZY FAT DUNCE with no brain. Tell me. What was the point of your GOVT-FUNDED education if you cannot look around you and say ''Hey, there's a demand for pencils. Let me Google up how to make them and sell.'' Why do you have to wait for the government to build you a pencil making factory? Useless people. Go to China and India. Nobody waits for govt to build anything. They turn their backyards into small factories producing it all from bags to shoes, to PENCILS AND TOOTHPICKS. Most of the stuff you buy from China is made in Chinese residential backyards by ordinary folk, not in huge factories, and most certainly not by their damn government!! |
Adonis86:He was likely making fun of you useless, hopeless, government-dependent goats waiting for govt to manufacture pencils for you. Something you can Google up and learn and start doing from your backyard. Useless, dependent fools. Don't go and learn how your ancestors made things. Did they wait for anything called 'government' before they manufactured and traded their wares, be it pots, pans, sandals, baskets, metal implements and so on? Why are you sitting down useless, and waiting for 'government' to produce simple things like pencils and toothpicks? Rubbish. |
paskal16:You are a complete DUNDERHEAD talking RUBBISH. Look at you. What stops YOU from making toothpicks in your backyard and selling, if you notice there is a demand for it? Is it the government's job to manufacture fcking TOOTHPICKS? And to think you got over 50 likes from your fellow dumb, dependent-on-govt-to-wipe-their-asss Nigerians. Worthless. Go round the world - China, US, UK, India, Germany. Their govts or science agencies don't manufacture anything. Certainly not damn toothpicks. THAT is for the Private Sector. Who is the Private Sector? YOU. Useless. |
Adek15:Abeg go siddon. There is NOTHING WRONG with the toilets in the Uyo stadium. You went there during a match and you expected what? Clean toilets? There is no stadium on Earth whose toilets are nice and clean during a game, because tens of thousands of people, many drunk and loutish, are all over the place. |
Wahalaperson:That stadium was built a decade ago, and it was a fully state-govt funded project, with no private participation in funding. So THAT stadium does not fall under the classification of projects with private sector partnership. Stadiums, rails, bridges, international airports are currently at different stages of Construction all over the country and they are solely govt funded but you are here blabbing about PPP, I guess you just came across that term. You need to shut that trap and go do some research instead of making wild, baseless assertions. Here's a list of the numerous PPP projects in Nigeria - completed and ongoing - with a current combined value of nearly 30 billion dollars! https://pppknowledgelab.org/countries/nigeria |
