BIDOO:
Am sure, you are expecting me to say that mr president is incompetent and should resign right? My question is as simple as this.
If you were the president what will you do to salvage the depletating nation?
I first of all won't have stayed outside the fence and be making promises that weren't feasible (never attending council of state meeting since he was booted out till it was time for election)

Show me one thing he did since after he was kicked out?
One book he authored (person wey no go school?)
One reasonable cause (apart from going to wage war on behalf of cattle rearers?)
One scholarship he granted (again person wey no go school?)
One thing just one thing

Then in line with your post I can see you have no reference to him in anyway of being competent.

You see your mind is telling you the truth. Your refusal to accept this is just funny

This is weakness of every living on planet earth.
To stop at nothing when one want to achieve is desired.
And toying with the lives of millions in the process makes such a person a what please?

Don't let the hatred in you blindfolded you to reasoning to the fact mr president is pointing out.
Am neither APC nor PDP but a true patriot Of our dear nation.
Yes i can feel the recession as well but My dear, we shouldn't allow this to blindfolded us.
We depend solely on petroleum which is 100dollar per barrel then (without saving for the raining day)now is selling bellow 50dollar per barrel .
What did you expect? nothing than what we are experiencing now.
I pray God have mercy on this nation and direct our president to the right path
So having someone so unaware of what was on ground while making promises of grandeur is a step in the right direction?

Leave price of crude oil out of it please and let's focus on what the French would describe as "Les incompétent"

Stop trying to justify mediocrity people's lives are being toyed with

After contesting for the president for 3 times you felt like absconding. A responsible leader should have prepared himself with that space of time . The Daura born cattle rearer can never manage anything outside his cows.

He should get away already, his presence is suffocating Nigerians
We need a "luv this" button just for this.

I haven't posted in a long while but the incompetent president we have today in Nigeria will sure force me to post something...

So here is what I have to say to Mr President:

Mr President, maybe I should put the blame on old age or your inability to grow with the time that has made you so irrelevant in our present time with you and your unguarded statements.

After being a former military president, a member of the state counsel, a 4 times contender for presidency apart from the many public post you held outside the presidency and what many would regard as elder statesman in his own right...

You could still think like this... Is not only shame and so incompetent. You have absconded immediately you thought of it but you decided to put Nigerians on the burner and cause so much pain.

That you still even blame the last administration for your gross incompetence is just the height of it yet, half of you party leaderships constituted the very same party you blaming and you meet with most of them every time at the federal executive council meetings.

The ministers you spent almost year to select still can't render account of their stewardship so far and has pushed our economy into recession.

Your anti corruption crusade is now evident that it's all political gimmicks and one sided

In as much as we try to go with you, you always put the cart before the horse and you keep expecting a miracle

Nigeria just got on a long ride and as much I wish Nigeria would wake up from slumber and do what's right even before or by 2019, some sentimental non entity would still not come to reason.

May God help us
Genius!

Politics › Re: You Eat Lagos’ Salt, Yet Speak Ill Of Lagos - Lasisi Olagunju by refreshrate: 7:50am On Oct 18, 2016
GworoChewinMaga:
Nigeria does not owe Lagos a damn thing!

The sea ports you boast off plus all other major infrastructure in Lagos was built using oil proceeds.

Nigeria has well over 800km of coastline with Apapa and Tin Can ports not having berthing space of more than 5km max.

If the other coastal cities in the Niger Delta were developed with their rightful proportional revenue from their oil wealth which happened to have been diverted to Lagos, Abuja and Kano do you think your overcrowded slum village can compete?

If anything Lagos owes Nigeria and not the other way as the financial transactions entered in Lagos are geared towards other regions and not only Lagos.

And finally, what is this useless appellation for?

You guys ridiculed and dismissed the last confab as a waste of time which was meant to start Nigeria back on the road of genuine restructioning only for you to now employ almajiri tactics to beg for more money to fund Lagos?

FYI : Salt was a major trade commodity in the trans sahelian trade with Borno providing salt from Lake Chad. Some of the salt mined from the salty beds of the Chad lake found their way inland. And if you must know before any yoruba set foot in Lagos, the Binis had already occupied it as a war camp. You guys should as a matter of urgency stop claiming Lagos as a yoruba achievement because you had little or nothing to do with its initial occupation, development and financial progress.
Brosssss!
I salute you for this

Thank you!
