I can remember vividly in 2015 how the immidiate past Governor who is from Ebonyi Central was projecting a candidate from Ebonyi North to take over from him,knowing fully well Ebonyi North have had their own 8 years in Ebonyi State government house. So who and who had this so called arrangements if the former Governor could not honour it?

The man Gov Dave predecessor projected was the formal Health Minister, Oyebuchi Chukwu under Jonathan's administration who hail from southern block - Afikpo just like Dave.

Believe it or not if Umahi has contested under APC, he couldn't have won the governor seat of Ebonyi State.

That shows you how far political party can go in winning election for it's members.

So to say, votes belongs to political parties not individuals.
