Fgn budget is N6tr but with states, Nigeria budget is in excess of N12tr. unfortunately only borrowed money can give us capital development this year, in 2016 budget 70% is recurrent, 30% capital but they plan to borrow 37% of funding. In other words, all our earning plus 7% to be borrowed fund is for reccurent aka salaries and emoluments of these vagabonds in power? Smh.
