You Sha know the ban didn't stop them from making p40 which is a great device, you could have highlight the effect of the ban been in terms of sales and app adaptability in some countries where its banned.
regardless, its favored ground been China are not new to the ban since they don't have Google services installed in their phones on a norms , the ban no stop them from providing better performance than the Xiaomi or Samsung na .

Well Huawei is 'a' beast among the other beasts in the flagship segment of which Xiaomi too have joined .

In your Pro for Both phones you listed awesome camera for Mi10 , are you trying to say that the Mi10 has a better camera than the P40 Pro.
And all the reviews all agreed on one thing, that were it not for the ban, the P40 pro is a beast.
And Comot OnePlus matter, when they were starting out, they were flagship killer, but now their phones are also as expensive as other flagship phones.

Actually you were the one who mentioned Xiaomi phones having bigger Rams than Huawei phones, which as you said makes it a win for Xiaomi.
And the chipset stuff, even somebody wey no know about phone knows that when it comes to Chips on Android devices, then Snapdragon na baba. The reason Huawei uses Kirin is because they are the owner, and forget about Snapdragon being better, I can't argue that mainly because only Huawei phones uses Kirin, they don't allow other companies to use it. That is, the chipset is only for their phones. But I heard they will soon allow some companies to start using it.
Look, when I was still using Huawei Y9PRIME, the phone always runs smoothly compared to the Xiaomi Note 8 am using now that sometimes lags. And I have read a lot of reviews from people who have used both phones, and they all agreed that Xiaomi phones are good. True. But after a year or two of using it, you start having issues with the phones. But the Huawei is not like that.
By the way, Huawei phones is still selling great in some western European countries even with the ban( you can check that). At the end of the day, it all comes to choices sha.

hmmm that's debatable tho, you still have the likes of Samsung, iPhone, OnePlus and Xiaomi up there in that flagship contest, with oneplus famed the 'flagship killer' and recently 'the killer flagship', more because of its price cos all of the them offer premium features too.
Huawei latest kinda trail slightly behind in its chipset compare to the rest mentioned earlier including Xiaomi (yeah you surprised Xiaomi chipset is slightly better than Huawei abi lol), now the noticeable edge the hauwei flagship is it camera, slightly better, I mean like slightly.

I agree with you on OnePlus being a flagship killer. But like I said earlier when it comes to high end phones, Huawei is up there with the likes of Apple and Samsung.
Forget the RAM. Apple phones has lesser Rams compared to most Android phones, yet they run smoother.
I have watched reviews of the Huawei P40 pro, and they all agree that were it not for the ban by the US government, the phone would have been in the top 3 best Android device.
