VampireeM:I can give you vampire discount, I've been around for 4000years. Let me know which one you are interested in. |
Another racism town crier spotted. Had they called africans "weaklings" that too will be a problem. You have serious issues if everything you do in life is to find where the white man offended you. When they call germany "german machines" for their signature long distance shots, did you see the germans whining? How about when they call other very tall european teams "an aerial threat" because they tend to have taller players, did you hear anyone complain about that? So what's your problem? Its a known fact that most african teams have well built players, just look at Cameroon for Christ sake, don't they look like a pack of gym nuts? Look at most sports that require strength and endurance and you will notice that a majority of the players are blacks, from basketball to American football to track & fields. The black man is built differently, its not supposed to be racist, its a fact. |
nkul:Not wise renting a room in the same apartment with a single man. No matter how cheap, she should've rented a room with another lady. |
Nigeria is a good country with very good business minded people. Anyone complaining about Nigeria should pack their bags and move to North Korea. |
MetalJigsaw:damn |
All the african teams earned one point at least |

Harry Kane, another overrated player. Leading goal scorer with goals from 2 penalty kicks, 1 semi own goal and 1 deflection. Yet he celebrates with so much passion as if he earned those goals. Watch how the adamu will celebrate should he score against belgium |

wildcatter23:That's true |
chai. Panama, a country of just 3 million people |
aribisala0:You are not sure of seeing tomorrow either, but i'm very sure you have plans to work or fulfill other daily activities. Failing to plan, is planing to fail. |
aribisala0:Tomorrow's breakfast, I have a food schedule |
For breakfast, I will have agidi with stew and hot tea, just in case anyone wants to know. |
It's actually a good deal considering $500 Zimbabwean dollars is a mere $1.3 US dollars or N450. If people choose to behave like gullible sheep all in the name of salvation, they should be taken advantage of by con men. |
They should investigate this matter very well. I won't blame the victim, but why will you rent a room with a single man? Who's to say they weren't already sexually involved prior to this incident but the woman wanted to ruin his life? |
Now that all African teams are out, traffic will dramatically reduce on these football threads. Just check out the Japan Vs Poland thread, only 1 page long. I remember when Nigeria was playing, i could've sworn over 30,000 members and guests were viewing the thread for updates. This is bad business for nairaland. |
Its true, freelancers earn good pay but you should also include some of the cons of freelancing. (1) You are at the mercy of the platform. Most Nigerian freelancers on fiverr, upwork etc use fake names and foreign locations to hide their true identity because posing as an American increases your chance of having more sales as compared to actually working from Nigeria. The moment those sites get a wind of your true location, you will either be banned or deported back to Nigeria. (2) Sure you earn dollars and our abysmal exchange rate makes it such a profitable venture. For example, a job an American wouldn't consider for $100 because of the time requirement, a Nigerian will gladly take on the task because $100 is about 36k. You stay up all night sometimes, getting tasks completed. (3) Sometimes you are at the mercy of exchangers. You earn dollars but you cannot spend dollars so you will have to rely on an exchanger, while many are fair, some are very greedy and would want to exchange your hard earned dollars for N270/$. (4) While there is a good potential of making good money freelancing, its not consistent. You can earn $2000 one month and make just $50 the next month. A regular job provides you consistent income on a monthly basis. (5) You can't just wake up and say you want to be a freelancer, it also requires you to choose a niche and master your craft. You will need to self-educate yourself to attain knowledge and the necessary tools needed to be successful. (6) Then there's that constant cat & mouse game you need to play if you plan to operate a foreign account or plan to have multiple accounts to boost your sales. You have to get a foreign VPN and specialized browsers. Plus, you may have to pay for reviews just to boost traffic to your page and what not. Overall, freelancing is still a far better option than being unemployed or working menial jobs, but if you already have a stable job, freelancing can be a secondary source of income, but I won't advise giving up your main job. Just know the ins & outs and you are good to go. |
I will eat jollof rice with moi moi tonight, just in case anyone wants to know. |
mavinc4u:Morocco played very well. Nigeria was robbed the game, that penalty should've put us through. |
imperiouxx:Damn, i can't even imagine being eliminated by coin tossing. If that was the case, it would've been better if the teams never played at all. |
So what would have happened if both senegal and japan also had the same number of yellow cards? They would've tossed a coin to decide abi? |
iluvpomo:wow this is sad. very sad. Morocco, Nigeria and Senegal deserve to be in the round of 16. |
Holy fukking shiit, did I just read that Senegal is out based on yellow cards?? |
FIFA and all referees are out to get Nigerians. This was a pure penalty kick that would've placed Senegal on top of their group. Despite the loss, they still made it through. |
Cheats, referee denied Senegal a clear penalty. This VAR crap was created to be used against African teams. Otherwise how isn't this penalty? |
Jimmy231:You are a fool |
No need to apologize, it was a team effort. But as fans we will still find scapegoats to blame. You win and lose as a team, one for all and all for one. |
So the idiot is also on nairaland so why doesn't he reply his nairaland critics right here instead of Twitter? He knows he will be grilled and he wouldn't have the power to block anyone. Moreover, he also uses Twitter mostly to gain followers. |
Idiots. Oghalo should've still scored. |
Ezeamaemmanuel:Another punk idolizer spotted. |
