All I can say is marriage cannot survive without compromise and understanding by both parties involved.... the woman has given her reasons to keep her name, what is the mans own? If he gives her a good reason other than 'you are my wife and so you must bear my name', a reasonable woman should agree to it. 1 Like |

OP, there are also ladies who do not wear make up but have the nastiest attitudes like they are frustrated, wearing weaves and make up doesn't alter a persons character, a persons attitude is just that, goes farther than make up! 2 Likes |

Zedric: Waiting for Nlanders to start claiming headphones they've never seen b4very funny..... My hubby used to have a shure, the small ones you put into the ears but my daughter put it in her mouth and it got bad, now he uses the klipsch one. I feel these things are over hyped jare, you can find cheaper that will give good sound. Here's a pic of my daughters JVC. 1 Like

OP, your husband is telling you he will cheat whether you agree or not.... He should better find the root of his problem and first explain to you what he is getting outside that you can not give him.... Abi have they cursed him to be chasing skirts about? Many men want submissive women, a woman that will ignore their ills. A woman who will strictly adhere to his rules and face her job of cooking and giving birth. But, lucky is the man who marries these women because on the long run, they get the real fulfillment of marriage. I told a woman about her bill some days back, you know what her reply was "let me tell my husband". Chai! I said "which kind woman be dis?" A woman who knows her onion will sort the problem there without calling her husband but later tell her husband she had taken care of the problem. We find those women who know their onions bossy and very hard to manipulate. So we get scared of the future.I use that 'lemme tell my husband first' line also, not cause I don't know my 'onions' as you put it, but I want his take also on the issue...... I don't want to make a decision he'll not be comfortable with so I need to know if he agrees with it or not! No crime there! |

For me, I think it's more about wanting to spend the rest of your life with someone not whether he is a pastor or not. If you really like the guy and see yourself having a future with him, being a pastor wouldn't matter to you. I once had a good friend who is now a pastor, years back when he was an aspiring pastor he asked me for marriage but I didn't see myself spending the rest of my life with him, he was a good friend but there just wasn't enough spark, so I turned him down. I know I coulda looked past him being a pastor if I 'd wanted to be with him. 1 Like |

Different strokes for different people sha, my mom had her third kid at 37 and the last at forty one, no problem taking in, no problem with delivery, infact she gives birth before anyone knows what's happening. 2 Likes |

Hi Tiffany j, I just went through your work here and dropped in to say well done, you're doing quite well but your work has too many errors and its making the story not flow too well..... I don't mean to be harsh o, I know the work and time that goes into writing but really you should try a bit more with the wrong spellings and wrong tenses. All in all, keep up the work! |

My husband bathes d kids especially if we have to meet up with an appointment in the morning or prepping for church, we have 3 kids, I can't brush, bathe, dress and feed all three myself without being late..... So we divide the labour! 1 Like |
