ifiokjohn: With time, they will be granted a referendum with conditions attached (i.e, 5 south east states). It is also important to state that demonstrating their seriousness to develop and stay in their home land is very vital and it will help them prepare adequately for any eventuality and give them some modicum of respect before other Nigerians. We have stated this so many times but all we got is insults. But igbos would not insult and hate their way to Aso Rock or Biafra. That tack has proven overtime to be counter productive. 1 Like |

LadyExcellency: Same old guilt trip and emotional BS. You don’t want to be told the truth, only feted and loved despite your bad attitude and reputation. News flash: Some of us are not politically correct and we would say it as it is. |

Kingspin: Ok, they can continue protesting but we know that won’t take them anywhere. They don’t want to make sacrifices to achieve their goals. They just want power and influence to fall on their laps so they can rule those they despise. We are all in this Nigeria together. No wahala. |

ifiokjohn: Yes, you have a point and I am not against it. I have addressed why I made that statement just above this one. I made it to address the issue of the continuous agitation for Biafra which comes with some serious compromises and sacrifices. Our brothers from the east want Biafra, Nigerian Presidency and/or restructuring without abandoning their shops all over Nigeria. They cannot eat their cakes and have it. They cannot come into my land, insult me, hate me and want me to vote them as President. Things do not work that way and that is the issue at the core of their problem. Thanks for being civil in your response. |

Tushkito: You are not being wise and I would say why. You think because I express how I feel about igbos, I am the worst? There are millions who feel worse than I do for igbo. Now, my clamour for Biafra is even borne out of love to see igbos free at least. If things remain the way they are, we both know who will continue wailing. I am sure my children won’t feel alienated in Nigeria. Can the same be said for your children? What you igbos want is to come to our land, plunder our markets, rule over us and be absolutely insolent. But if one reciprocates the hate, you begin wailing that you are hated. As long as you are willing to abide by your status in Nigeria, no problem. What I have seen about you igbos is you enjoy living in other parts of Nigeria more and not staying in your region. If this is what you want and value, then you do not deserve the right to cry for not ruling others. Just take your present situation in Nigeria in good fate. I will say this the last time, if igbos don’t want to go back to the east to develop and live there, then there will be no Biafra, restructuring, or Igbo Presidency. How can you want to die in hausa ans yorubaland and still ask for Biafra or demand respect and equal status from other Nigerians? Continue enjoying your trading rights and privileges. That is your due wage and benefit for being Nigerians. Good luck. |

Bane2020: Oh, you just want to be left alone to disturb and insult others online? I am not even insulting anybody on this thread? I said the Government should consider granting igbos a referendum to decide what they want! Hear this today, you can’t keep going around disturbing others without attracting attention. This is not about hate but resignation to fate. Nigeria will decide the igbo issue one way or another. But it seems you guys are not serious about what you want. |

Baroba: You would have definitely have Biafra. Right to free movement is assured now though. The issue is you think other don’t want you to have Biafra but it is this present generation of elites that are stopping it. It is this same Biafra thing that is stopping others from trusting you with power. And I am saying, in this present generation, it would be achieved with its attendant consequences. |

Ttipsy: Despite the fact that Buhari has his vindictive tendencies, what has the FG done to make them the way they are? My message is that they will get Biafra sometime in future. This generation is definitely not as patient as Buhari and obasanjo’s generation. They would get what they want sooner or later. |

lonelydora: Whether you are free or still under captivity, Igbos have no capacity to develop themselves. Igbos leech economically on other Nigerians. That’s why the new generation of Nigerians will grant you Biafra to prove your developmental mettle. Obasanjo and Buhari’s set will die off and Biafra shall be free. We would see how you will develop yourselves. 2 Likes 1 Share |

We are fine with any experienced northerner to replace kemi. As far as Buhari doesn’t make a mistake to award the wrong people with the job. History will remember Kemi Adeosun well. She served the country at a really trying time. |

NdiaraIGBO: I don’t even know what to do about their issue. But I am sure they will be at the lower wrung of Nigeria’s politics for a long time. They are not serious about the Biafra issue(very painful because I want them gone). I would never vote nor support them to lead other Nigerians. They are not a serious people. It’s better we endure Hausa brutality. Hausas are more serious, regrettably. |
