These are evidences that you are spiritually lazy.

1. When you can't pray on issues by yourself, but always seeking intercessors to pray for you.
2. When your prayer life is shallow, not fervent.

5. Wandering of mind and distraction while praying.

Genesis chapter 2, confirms that God established the institution of marriage.
The devil and his cohorts fights marriages with different devices : frequent and unnecessary misunderstandings, sicknesses, barrenness, financial hardship, unfaithfulness , separation, divorce, even sudden death.

Most often, behind every marital problems, are the devil and enemies at work.

PRAY FOR MERCY.
Mercy cancels the judgment you deserve. Mercy does not condemn you.
It frees you from guilt. Mercy supercedes judgment, it justifies you instead of condemning or punishing you.
The difference between Saul and David, was that David enjoyed the mercy of God.
In my human opinion, David's sins were even more terrible than Saul's sins. But God put Saul aside and retained David. Because David found mercy before Him.
Mercy changed the story of Bartimaeus when he cried out to Jesus.
Mercy will make you get results more than your efforts.

Romans 9:16 (KJV)
"So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy".

Many of us have committed fatal mistakes in the past, we are suffering today because of those mistakes.
God's mercies will forgive, cleanse and correct those mistakes to miracles and testimonies.

What is the secret to mercy.
1. Come before the throne of grace.

Hebrews 4:16 (KJV)
"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need".

2. Repent and forsake all your sins.

"He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy".

3. Pray for it.

Abraham was believing God for a child and before his prayer got physically answered, he exercised his by praising God, even before he got the answer.

THE SPIRITUAL WORLD.

There are two worlds : the physical world where you and I live in.
Then there is the spiritual world: where spirit beings like angels, the devil, demons and their cohorts operate from.
The spiritual world controls the physical world.
Whatever happens in this physical world, whatever happens in your life, were discussed, decided and executed from the spirit realm.
Then such decisions started manifesting physically.
But when you are a born again child of God, you can control the spiritual world and thereby determine what happens in your life.
How do you control the spirit realm to favour you?
Be born again.

WHAT TO DO, WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.

There are situations of life, you exhaust all your human abilities, connections and wisdom, yet the situation doesn't change.
What else do you do.

In 1st Chronicles chapter 20, King Jehoshaphat faced a similar situation, when three stronger nations than him came against him in battle.

Jehoshaphat came before God and admitted that he doesn't know what to do. Read verse 12.
But he didn't fold his hands to accept defeat. Rather he did these three things :
1. He sought God as he declared a fast.

2 Chronicles 20:3 (KJV)
"And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord , and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah".

Whenever you don't know what else to do, declare a fast.
Fasting is a medium of seeking God. When you fast with the right motive and fast the right way, God will answer your prayers. Read Isaiah 58.

2. Jehoshaphat asked God for help.
No matter the challenge you are facing, don't ever stop praying.
No matter what you lose, don't lose the weapon of prayer. As long as you are praying, you will come out of that trail.

Psalm 50:15 (KJV)
"And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me".

3. Jehoshaphat didn't know what else to do, so he began to sing praises to God.

2 Chronicles 20:22 (KJV)
"And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten".

Once the enemies can't shut your mouth from praying and singing praises, God will shut up your enemies.
Don't allow the problems overwhelm you to the extent that you can't sing praises to God.
Singing praises is an invitation to God to intervene in your case.

WHEN PRAYER BECOMES A HABIT, MIRACLES BECOME A LIFESTYLE.

Luke 18:1 (KJV)
"And he spake a parable unto them to this end , that men ought always to pray, and not to faint".

The scripture above says, you should pray and not get discouraged. In other words, pray until something happens (PUSH).

Romans 12:12 (KJV) ".........continuing instant in prayer".

Colossians 4:2 says, you should continue in prayers.
1st Thess 5:17 says, pray without ceasing.
All these scriptures implies, we should develop a strong prayer habit.
Prayer is the key to all miracles. Therefore when we develop a prayerful life, miracles will become our usual occurrences.
Set aside a time daily to pray.
Shut yourself indoors from distractions, switch off or silent your phone and pray.
It is spiritually wrong to be talking to the Almighty God and picking phone calls.
Be discipline to maintain the same time for your prayer.
When prayer becomes your habit, miracles will become your lifestyle.

HOW TO RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT WITH THE EVIDENCE OF SPEAKING IN TONGUES.

After the experience of your salvation, the best gift you can receive from God, is the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
How do you receive it?

1. You must be genuinely born again.
2. Repent from all sins.
3. Desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues.
4. Study these scriptures, it talks on the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with tongues.
Joel 2:28-29, Acts 2:1-4, 38-39.10;44, 19:1-7, 1st Corinthian 14:1-5, 18. Read them over and over again.

TRAPS OF THE DEVIL AND YOUR ENEMIES.

The Bible says, the devil sets traps to get at his prey.

Ephesians 6:11 (KJV)
"Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil".

For Adam and Eve, the devil used the trap of food to get them to lose the garden of Eden and eternal life .

For Esau, the devil used his uncontrollable appetite for food as trap to lose his birthright.

For Reuben, the devil used his casual sexual life to bring the curse of not excelling upon him.

For Samson, it was his obsession for free sex, that made him lose his destiny, his eyes and life.

The devil capitalized on Job's fear as a trap to attack him.

Slight disobedience to God's instructions, was the devil's trap for Saul to lose his throne and destiny.

Judas Iscariot, his love for money, was the trap the devil set to make him lose his glorious Apostlic position.

The devil set the trap of the love of the world before Demas, which made him lose his destiny.

The devil set the traps of food, love of the world and pride before our Lord Jesus Christ, but he failed.

The devil and enemies works on your weaknesses and careless moments to set traps to attack and tempt you.

We need to watch and pray.

"Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak".

Walk with caution.

HOW TO GET ADDITIONAL BLESSINGS.

Luke 17:12-19 (KJV)
"And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when he saw them , he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole"

The above scripture says, the Lord Jesus Christ met 10 lepers who approached Him for their healing.
He pronounced healing to them and told them to go the high priest to confirm their healing.
As they went, their healing physically manifested. Then one of them, came back to the Lord and express his gratitude for the healing.
The Lord the pronounced additional blessing upon him, saying, to him, he is made whole.
Thanksgiving gives you additional blessings.

APPLY VIOLENCE.

The Lord Jesus Christ said, in Matthew 11:12, "...... the Kingdom of heaven suffereth violence and the violent take it by force".

That implies, the fulfillment of your destiny will face stiff opposition. The enemy will not let you step into your promise land without you contending for it.
Freedom is not deserved, freedom is demanded. Life is a warfare. Only those who are skilled in spiritual weapons win the battle.

The only language the devil hears, is violence.
You must be violent in determination, prayers, fasting and take it by the force of faith.
It is only what you fight for on your knees, that are delivered into your hands. Don't give up.
Persistence wears out the devil.
You will breakthrough, if you pray through.
If one prayer won't do it, pray more.
If you prayed and the answer didn't come, add fasting to your prayer.
If you have prayed and fasted, yet no answer. Then fast and praise.
If you fasted and praised, yet no answer.
Then fast and praise persistently.
I assure you that your answer will manifest by force.

THESE ARE SIGNS THAT YOU ARE UNDER A SPELL.

A spell is a compelling influence or attraction to something.
A manipulation on your will power.
To be hypnotize.

How do you know if you are under a spell?

When you are addicted to destructive habits, yet you can't stop it, e.g, hard drugs, tobacco, alcohol etc.
Taking wrong decisions that leads to fatal regrets. Bondage to sexual perversion, e.g, pornography, having multiple sexual partners, lesbianism, homosexual practice etc.
Aggressive anger, obsession for food, clothes, jewelry etc. Strong opposition from within you against your praying, fasting, reading the Bible and attending church.
Being attracted to only wrong people.
Always pron to accidents, fraudsters, set back, retrogression.
Always having evil dreams e.g, eating, having sex in dreams, dreams of coffins, grave yards, masquerades, etc. Experiences of jinx, failure at the edge of breakthroughs, people promise you, but they fail to fulfill it .
Inability to live a consistent christian life. People hate you without reason.
When your mind is obsessed with fears, worries, unholy thoughts etc.
Always depressed without reaaon, having suicidal thoughts.

KING DAVID WAS UNDER A SPELL.

A spell is a strong compelling influence or attraction.
A spoken word that has magical or diabolical power to manipulate one to do wrong things.

You will see signs that King David was under a spell.
Read 1st Chronicles chapter 21.

1 Chronicles 21:1-2 (KJV)
"And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.And David said to Joab and to the rulers of the people, Go, number Israel from Beer-sheba even to Dan; and bring the number of them to me, that I may know it".

1. The above scripture shows that it was the devil that manipulated David to take wrong decision by taking the censor of Israel. Every time you take wrong decisions, you are under a spell.
Especially, decisions against the written Word of God. Decisions to live a holy life, to pay your tithes, to pray etc.
2. From verses 3-4, David refused the wise counsel and caution Joab gave him.
Anytime you turn down wise counsel and caution, you are under a spell.
Turning down wise counsel leads to destruction.
3. In verse 8, David lost his peace of heart after taking the wrong steps, he felt condemned.
Once you are under a spell, you will lose your peace and joy after taking the wrong steps.
Regrets is unusually the results of steps taken under the influence of spell.
Decisions taken under a spell often leads to regrets.
4. In verse 15, sudden destruction came upon Israel, 70,000 people died as a result of David's being under a spell.
Spell can bring accidents, sicknesses, loses, set back, to an individual, a family and even a nation.
5. In verse 17, David repented of his wrong step.
Total repentance and prayers will deliver you from influence of spell.

BREAKING THE SPELL OF JINX.

Sometime ago, I heard the story of a medical doctor, who makes marriage proposal to a lady and while the arrangement towards the wedding remains 2 weeks, he will suddenly lose interest in the lady and the wedding. Then he cancels the wedding arrangements.
He will get transferred from that town.
No sooner he settles down in the new town, he makes marriage proposal to another lady. While the wedding arrangement is on, between 2 to 1 week to the wedding, he loses interest and cancels the wedding again.
He has repeated this process up to 6 times.
He is now about 60 years old, yet to get married . Ladies now know him with this jinx and avoid him.
A jinx is someone or something that causes bad luck or misfortune.
These are somethings that can cause jinx : evil dreams, living in diabolical house, friendship with occult persons, disobedience to God's Word, secret sins, possession of fetish objects, inherited family curses, possession of cursed properties, association with cursed person etc.

YOUR TITHE AND YOUR GIVING WILL BAIL YOU OUT.

Malachi 3:8-12, talks about tithe.
What is tithe? Tithe is the one-tenth of all monetary gains or salary.
Read Leviticus 27 :30-34. No one is exempted from tithing.
What are the blessings of tithing?
From Malachi 3:8-12.
1. God said, He will curse those who don't tithe.
2. He said, He will open the windows of heaven for tithers. That implies answers to your prayers. It also means, He will give you supernatural profitable ideas.
3. He said, He will pour down blessings upon you , when you tithe.
4. He will rebuke devourers from you. Devourers are attacks, sicknesses, diseases, loses, etc.
5. He will put an end to miscarriages of good things
6. He will impart favour upon you.
There are answers to your prayers that will manifest, only as you become a faithful tither.
Begin to faithfully tithe from now.
Your sacrificially giving, can supernaturally put an end to plague in your life.
In 2nd Samuel chapter 24, King David sinned against God and God's anger and judgment came upon Israel.
But immediately David gave a costly sacrifice unto God, the plague stopped.
There are problems you will only get miraculous solutions, as you become a sacrificial giver.
Stop giving your left over, give sacrificially.

THE BIBLE IS A WEAPON. (11).

Matthew chapter 4, narrates the story of the devil coming to tempt the Lord Jesus Christ three times and the three times, the Lord, resisted the devil by the written Word of God.
He defeated the devil by the Word of God.
The Bible is a weapon of war. If you are going to experience victory of the devil and his cohorts, you must have the revelation knowledge of the bible and apply it in your moment by moment walk with God.
First thing in the morning, spend quality time with your bible. Read it, study it, meditate upon it and memory some scriptures for your daily use.

Joshua 1:8 (KJV)
"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success".

The scripture above prescribed you meditate on the Bible twice daily.
Make your daily meditation on the Bible a priority. Create time for personal daily bible study and meditation.

1 Peter 2:2 $KJV)
"As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby".

The more your mind is renewed by the Word of God, the more a victorious life you will experience.
Get a good bible version or translation, get bible commentaries and a note book whereby you jot down your daily Bible meditation.

You create time and spend more time on Facebook and other social media than reading your Bible. That is one reason why you are living a defeated christain life.
