Since we are in the festive season, there is so much to eat and drink. As such, the possibility of experiencing food poisoning is very high. However, you can take a number of simple measures to prevent food contamination and reduce your risk of getting sick from tainted food so that you get the best out of this festive period! I shares some measures.

Refrigerate raw meat or poultry immediately

Unless you are preparing raw meat or poultry immediately, put them in the refrigerator. This will prevent germs from taking over. Once it's in the refrigerator, however, don’t keep it for more than two or three days.

Defrost food safely

The essential thing to remember is to not refrigerate food at room temperature. The safest way to defrost food is to actually do it in the fridge — moving it from the freezer to the fridge a day or so before you plan to cook it. If you microwave frozen food using the defrost settings, make sure to cook it immediately. Otherwise, bacteria has time and an ideal temperature in which to grow.

Cool leftovers quickly

If you have cooked food that you're not going to eat straight away, cool it as quickly as possible and store it in the fridge or freezer. Use any leftovers from the fridge within 2 days.

Respect expiry dates

Don't eat food that has past its expiry date, even if it looks and smells fresh. Use-by dates are based on scientific tests that show how quickly harmful bugs can develop in the packaged food.

Wash your hands

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them before handling food, as well as after touching the bin, going to the toilet, blowing your nose or touching animals.

Avoid relationships if you do not have a steady and consistent source of income. I want to tell you a hard truth. Mind You, i will always talk from experience.

I saw one of those idiots the other day. I picked up this girl and a friend of hers one day from park view estate. They were going to Ajah to see her supposed boyfriend. He has money according to the story the girl was narrating. but, he met her as a customer and fell in love with her. Don't be like him .
On our way to his house, they girl was expecting a call from another guy who she was supposed to go and sleep with. Her friend asked her what she'll do when the guy calls her and she was with her boyfriend. She replied and said very simple; I will pick a fight with him, and storm out of the house. Will ignore his calls like say i dey form vex, then i go cool down the next day..
I waited to see the idiot. The fool that has been wrapped around this girl's little finger.
Be wise. Broaden you view about women. They deserve to be studied. In fact, i believe they should be studied as a course in higher institutions. I have learnt a lot. Pains me to see stupid guys every where. Be wise

The latest victim of Nigerian police’s brutality is a singer based in spain Evans Frank Eguasa better known as Youngface . He recently alleged that he was brutalized by the policemen at a checkpoint .The police men on duty didn’t recognize who he was and he didn’t reveal his identify as well.In a phone conversation with media , the musician said he was stopped and was asked of his vehicle particulars, drivers license which he gave them and lastly they requested for The system permit which he was about bringing out to give the policemen ,they seems intimidated and forcefully asked Youngface to follow them to the police station (State CID) which he did and upon reaching the station they had already started beating him in their vehicle and threatened to shot his legs if he did not confess of what he did not do.

So he was with them in the station till the next day which he was asked to pay 500,000 Naira which he was unable to provide because he had not committed any crime and cannot waste such Hugh amount for nothing, he didn’t seem to comply they decided to give him some more dose of beating threw him in the cell again some minutes later they called him out and asked him to pay 110,000 Naira.

Out of unbearable beatings ,He was able to provide the 110,000 Naira and he was released at that same moment ,from the looks of things the policemen started having some quarrels among themselves on how they will share the funds , that gave the artist a chance to receive a call from his uncle who was able to inform some top rank officer on the matter in Airport road in Benin city , The top officer had to send some his boys to the state CID where youngface was held. Immediately the policemen that came to rescue youngface entered the police station at state CID the officers who were behind this ran away immediately so as not to be caught out of shame .

It was learnt from a source that the policemen in that area are known for brutalizing young men on the claims of being suspected fraudsters and they must have mistaken Youngface for a fraudster.While he is a Musician and business man he has done song with mike anyasodo iMike of project fame titled Overheat and also has a new song and video coming out this december with Skales titled Ororo.

The Artist has been in pains and has been hospitalized due to the beatings he had received from the policemen .
