The Two Arrested by Hooded SSS Officials that Stormed COZA, the big question is, have they been released? Who knows their whereabouts? No one is asking questions any more.

Most commentators on the Busola/Biodun rape saga are missing the point.
Mrs Dakolo didn't just wake one morning after about 20 years and decided to go public with the revelation, rather she did so to clear her name and possibly save her marriage.
Recall that few weeks back her husband - Timi Dakolo had taken a swipe at same Pastor Biodun for his sexual escapades with female members of his church and one of the responses he got was an insinuation to the effect that his wife had affairs not only with Pastor Biodun but with other Pastors before her marriage to him and further questioned the paternity of their children. This prompted Busola's exposé and justifiably so.
Apart from going public now, she also alleged in the interview that she had previously gone public with the allegation years back, howbeit at the family and Church levels and names of witnesses some of whom acted as mediators have been mentioned. So it is not totally correct to say she waited for 20 years before going public with the allegation.
On whether they had consensual sex or she was raped, if indeed she was 16 years old at the time,it will be immaterial whether or not she gave her consent for the sex to happen, since in the eyes of the law being a minor she was incapable of giving consent - a case of rape will be established.The proof of her age at the time will be a matter of fact and material evidence including her birth certificate will tendered.
Clearly the intention of Mrs Dakolo wasn't to get Pastor Biodun prosecuted as some seem to understand it, but rather to clear her name of the allegation of dating Pastors before her marriage to Timi and Timi fathering other people's children.
The only threat of a legal action is coming from Pastor Biodun and I guess he will be suing for defamation of Character and claiming damages. If he does that (which I seriously doubt) he makes the job very easy for Mrs Dakolo who will only need to plead justification and go ahead to prove that they had sex(whether consensual or forced) when she was a minor and the claim will be defeated.
What with so many allegations of sexual seductions, harassments,assaults and inducements hanging on Pastor Biodun's neck, he will be minced meat the moment he runs to the courts for redress.

A Law of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Ogun State House of Assembly, Osun State House of Assembly, Oyo State House of Assembly, Ondo State House of Assembly and Lagos State House of Assembly for the holding of a Referendum on the proposal to Federate Ekiti State with Ogun State, Osun State, Oyo State, Ondo State and Lagos State and constitute same into Oduduwa Region of Western Nigeria, within the Federation of Nigeria.



A: REFERENDUM ON FEDERATION OF EKITI STATE WITH OGUN STATE, OSUN STATE, OYO STATE, ONDO STATE AND LAGOS STATE AND CONSTITUTION OF SAME INTO ODUDUWA REGION IN A FEDERATION OF NIGERIA.

1. On the 8th Day of August 2019, a Referendum shall be held in Ekiti State, Ogun State, Osun State, Oyo State, Ondo State and Lagos State of Nigeria on:

(i) Whether the Governments of Ekiti, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ondo and Lagos States should negotiate with each other with a view to forming a FEDERATION of STATES to be known as the ODUDUWA REGION OF WESTERN NIGERIA and (ii) whether the said REGION should negotiate with the Government of Nigeria and the remaining 30 states or any group of states that have also agreed to Federate and the administration of the Federal Capital Territory to achieve AUTONOMY/SELF-DETERMINATIONfor the said REGION within a Federation of Nigerian Constituent Units.(ANNEXURE)

2. The questions or propositions to be voted on in the Referendum and form of the ballot paper to be used for that purpose are to be in the form set out in the schedule herein contained.

3. Those entitled to vote in the Referendum are the persons who, on the date of the Referendum, would be entitled to vote as electors at a local government election in the electoral area/ward of the State in which they reside and/or carry out business.

4. The Governor of Each State shall appoint a Chief Electoral Officer who shall appoint an electoral officer for each Local Government Area.

5. Each Local Government Electoral Officer shall (a) Conduct the counting of votes cast in the area under his/her authority in accordance with any directions given by the Chief Electoral Officer and (b) Certify the number of ballot papers counted by him/her and the number of votes cast for each question/proposition.

6. The Chief Electoral Officer must certify:

(a) The total number of ballot papers counted for the whole of Each State and (b) the total number of votes cast for each proposition/question for the whole of the State.

7. The result of the Referendum shall constitute the entire position of the people of Ogun State, Oyo State, Osun State, Ekiti State, Ondo State and Lagos State (WESTERN/ODUDUWA REGION OF NIGERIA).

8. In the event of a YES vote on the Referendum, the Governors of each State shall appoint members into aConstitutional Council of Western/Oduduwa Region.

9. The Constitutional Council of Western/Oduduwa Region shall include not more than twelve (12) other members chosen at random throughout the Region and four (4) members from Kwara and Kogi States.

10.The Constitutional Council of Western/Oduduwa Region shall be vested with powers to present and represent the views of Western/Oduduwa Region and negotiate on behalf of the Western/Oduduwa Region with all the agencies of the Nigerian Government and non-Governmental organizations involved in the process.





B: The short title of this Law is “Referendum Law of Ekiti State, Ondo State, Osun State, Oyo State, Ogun State and Lagos State”.



SCHEDULE



FORM OF BALLOT PAPER: Ekiti State House of Assembly, Ondo State House of Assembly, Osun State House of Assembly, Oyo State House of Assembly, Ogun State House of Assembly and Lagos State House of Assembly, have decided to consult the People of Each State on this 8th Day of August, 2019 on the proposal to Federate the Government of Ogun State, the Government of Osun State, the Government of Oyo State, the Government of Ekiti State, the Government of Ondo State and the Government of Lagos State with a view to constituting a REGION of Western Nigeria within a Federation of Nigeria.

Both Tonto Dike and Linda Ikeji did not last up to a quarter of Mercy's marriage term so far, but have all come out to give long sermons against their baby fathers, whom they now call EX, while Mercy is still hanging on, and enjoying her family with 3 lovely kids.

As the case may be, neither me nor you have heard Mercy say anything awful against her husband or marriage... But her critic and media vendor have all gone, saw, ran out and are crying wolf...

Whatever lesson you could make out of this situation... Make it.

The edifice is sitting on approx 2 acres of land.Filled wit area boyz who has turned d place to home.A lot of atrocities happening from drugs, rape, fights e.t.c. WHY IS GOVERNMENT SO INSENSITIVE TO THIS??

Report has it that the building has been there for long, and there's even a National PostGraduate Medical College and a Foreign Affair Academy , FGC Ijanikin, DSS Quaters, close to it.

How on earth will such asset waste away?
