1) You take rice and wash it in water but don't throw the water. That is what you are going to use
2) Then you wash your hair with shampoo
3)Rinse thoroughly with water from the tap
4) Pour the rice water onto the hair
5) massage rice water into the hair and scalp
6) Leave on for up to 20 minutes
7) Rinse hair thoroughly using warm water and that is it.
