If you can get a blower or handheld hair dryer you can try cleaning the fan vents by blowing air through them to shake off the dust. It will help if you can open the laptop by unloosing the screws. If you do this and it is still not ok then you'll hsve to take it to a tech.

Technically, the word 'Insolvent' is more appropriate in this context... because it's only the COURT that can declare an insolvent person bankrupt ' an insolvent person can approach the court to declare him or her bankrupt.
Therefore entity like FBN CANNOT claim bankruptcy according to Nigerian bankruptcy law, they can be liquidated if it becomes insolvent.

In a more simple way, entities CANNOT become bankrupt, they can only become insolvent which can result to liquidation (according to Nigerian bankruptcy law). It's only an individual that can be declared bankrupt NOT companies like FBN.

DSSC is basically for specialties as may be required by the army at a particular time like Medical doctors, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants etc. You Wil be given 2 stars (Lieutenant ).
They are commissioned bassically to provide their professional services on their areas of specialties to the army rather than handling armaments.

WHEREAS:

SSC is for every graduate irrespective of your course of study. This category is basically commissioned to handle armaments, they are combatants, who go to fight war. They are commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant with one star.
