My definition of broke is not temporary lack of cash and cash equivalents oh, it's a mental and physical state of mind and pocket that may last into the foreseeable future if something does not change drastically.

I mean broke guys have going concern issues and may be unable to settle liabilities that may crystalize as a result of a relationship.
