After Madam Ameh's viral video, I held a meeting with the Minister of Power, NERC and other stakeholders today on the need to ensure stable electricity at least during the lockdown period. At the end of the discussion, Gas companies who are being owed money agreed to release gas to the GENCOs while other outstanding issues are resolved immediately after we conquer Covid-19. Will remain vigilant.

The Electricity sector should be tagged Enemies of the People, Economic & Social Saboteurs.

China will be the only country ready to release funds to Nigeria and other ravaged economies in Africa.
