Just the other day, Inyanya was rumored to have left the music powerhouse. Right now, word has it that the “Godwin” crooner is set to follow suit. As a matter of fact, he has already taken a leap.

It was discovered recently that Korede Bello’s IG page doesn’t carry the usual link to Mavin Records like it used to. This is in no way normal, as the IG accounts of other Mavin stars are still linked to Mavin Records. On Korede Bello’s IG page, what’s now seen in place of Mavin Records is Caspertainment, a non-existing label believed to be Korede’s own.

Odumewu Deborah aka Pinki Debbie, a 22-year-old Nigerian dancer who was attempting to break the world record for the longest dance marathon by an Individual has done so. She broke the record previously held by an Indian woman after dancing for over 124 hours as at 12:00am on November 23rd, 2017.

As at the time of writing this report, NAIJ.com can confirm that Debbie is still dancing. Even though she is aiming to dance for 150 hours, her quest will come to an end by 4pm today, November 23, 2017. She has also received a lot of support from celebrities. Remember Sir Victor Uwaifo? The old-timer’s relevance in the industry keeps transcending generations due to the fact that the younger generation of contemporary singers still amasses wealth for themselves by remixing his hit song JOROMI.

The singer has hits like Joromi, Mami Water, Guitar Boy, and others accrued to his name. In a chat with Showtime, he disclosed that Simi and Jaywon remixed his song without his consent. Expressing his lack of delight, Sir Victor said;

“They didn’t contact me before doing a remix of Joromi But I’m like a father to them. So I can’t begin to drag them to court. Let them make a living out of it. But then, it’s piracy. I’ve heard it too many times on different occasions. It shows the quality of the music. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve lived five lives (from one generation to another).”

“So if they want to appreciate me, it shows the quality of the music. It is one thing to be an artiste and it’s another thing to stay on the scene for a long time. So I’ll not discourage artistes trying to remix or do another rendition of Joromi. Rather, I’ll encourage them to give credit to the composer if they do.”

Nigerian top rapper, Sodiq Abubakar Yusuf, popularly known as CDQ has taken to social media to share the news of his newly gotten house.

The rapper claims that he has been squatting at Ojodu berger with Masterkraft for over 4 years and he is glad that God has given him his own place. CDQ shared the news on Instagram with pictures of the interior and exterior of the house. He said he now has more than enough rooms to accommodate his siblings against the one room apartment he previously was squatting in.

Davido and Wizkid’s entourage allegedly had a fight at the One Africa Fest concert - Wizkid was reportedly punched in his face It appears the beef between Davido and Wizkid has gotten to an unbelievable level as both stars and their entourage were reportedly involved in a fight at the recently held One Africa Fest in Dubai. According to several reports on social media, it all started when Davido expressed his disappointment because Wizkid performed before him. This led to a big fight between their entourages backstage.

The shortest man ever is Chandra Bahadur Dangi (Nepal) who measured 54.6 cm (21.5 in) tall as verified at CIWEC Clinic Travel Medicine Center in Lainchaur, Kathmandu, Nepal on 26 February 2012.

In February 2012, Guinness World Records travelled to the Nepalese capital of Kathmandu to investigate the case of a 72-year-old man supposedly standing 5 cm (2 in) shorter than the current shortest living man, Junrey Balawing (Philippines) at 59.9 cm (1 ft 11.5 in, or 23.5 in). Following a series of measurements at the CIWEC Travel Clinic Medicine Center in the Lainchaur district, Chandra Bahadur Dangi from Reemkholi, Nepal, did indeed prove to be shorter, averaging 54.6 cm (1 ft 9.5 in, or 21.5 in). This also makes him the shortest man ever measured.

At the time of the verification, Chandra weighed 14.5 kg (31 lb 15.52 oz) and claimed to be 72 years old. His height was taken over six measurements taken in the 24-hour period. Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief, Craig Glenday, adjudicated.

Paul Okoye has finally released his own songs. The songs are titled Fire Fire and Nkenji Keke - It’s too early to know if they will do better than that of his brother Peter Many have been wondering when Paul Okoye, one half of now defunct music group PSquare was going to release his own songs seeing that his brother Peter has done so already. The dreadlocked singer has finally answered fans as he went further than his brother by releasing not one, but two songs. Both songs are titled Fire Fire and Nkenji Keke and many will recognise Paul’s sound as that of PSquare seeing that he was the de facto lead singer of the group.
