Should we not be asking why this grid does not collapse in other countries? I have never heard of say South Africa or Egypt being plunged into darkness beause their national grid collapsed. And ours has collapsed plunging us into darkness not less than 5 times this year alone. Shouldn't we be asking if we are using obsolete technologies? Shouldn't we be asking some critical questions?
Just asking for the the minister.

It beats me how some people will come to this kind of space to praise a govt that lacks vision and direction and call a president that cannot see beyond his nose a visioneer! What nonsense.

I'm from Ogun by origin so I visit Ogun regularly. I lived all my entire childhood and adult life in Lagos and I presently work in Delta at least in d last 6yrs. Of these three states, Delta is the least developed and may even have the most allocation from FG! The amount of greed and selfishness I see here can not be compared to any in this country!!! No disrespect to my Delta friends, just an observation!

It's sad that religion has done us and is doing us more harm than good! It is also sad that your dad does not have a say and somehow I can relate to that.
However, my advice to that person is that your mum may be thinking that she is positioning you for the best but I can guarantee you that if you give in, it will not stop there. Even after marriage she will want to dictate how many time you should sleep with your husband and how often you should breastfeed your baby. I have seen all these things happen. Now the ball is in your court, you are no longer a teenager that is being micromanaged, you need to break loose from her hold on you and pls dont be confrontational, it will only worsen the situation.
