Law is useless anywhere if studied in Nigeria - you need to re-learn the laws of the new place. A lawyer in Nigeria can't just practice in Germany or anywhere without first going through the legal process there and be certified to perform as a lawyer there.

Same applies in various countries and jurisdictions. For example, in the US, a lawyer that specializes in Texas legal system may not be able to participate in a case in Connecticut - their laws are different in both states. So, courses and more courses are needed.

So a lawyer from Naija won't even understand the different laws in various places outside Naija.

When you commit a crime and you are chased by authorities in an attempt to arrest/stop you from being a further threat to other motorists, the fault from whatever happens is yours not the authorities chasing you.

In every sane country and under Nigerian law particularly the Police Act 2004, the police must ensure a degree of care so as not to endanger the lives of people around them.

If what you’re saying is the case, the police can chase one criminal in a country and shoot at people sporadically and then turn back to claim it on the accused who was running. The police can even also target their enemies and claim it was because they were chasing an accused. Can you see why your submission makes absolute no sense with regards to law and order!

Now the method of attempting to shot down the tires was very wrong as you can miss or risk the car turning over and hitting others so other law enforcement should be engaged to block the road further up front and arrest the culprit.

Perhaps you miss that the driver in a bid to get away rammed 2 or 3 place vehicles, if you were an officer there will you believe the driver to be harmless person trying to get home or someone with criminal intent.

There is a reason police authorities don't always prosecute officers and this is one.

Let's be honest, that law shouldn't be in existence in the first place. Every country wants their companies to win deals, make money and bring a lot more home. That way, the companies can create jobs and pay huge taxes to the government. If American companies are involved in unethical practices overseas, the foreign government should prosecute them. Until now my throat is still sore.

I have taken full pack of cipro tab and other drugs but it's not working, I did syphilis text on Saturday and it came back negative, yesterday I went for more text but the lab attendant isn't around, so I met the Dr on duty and explained everything that happened, he told me not to waste my money to conduct more tests that what I have is chicken pox and not an STD infection, I disagreed because I have previously had chicken pox about 11 years ago, although I had just one boil close to my nose back then when I contracted it.

So he gave me these drugs below, I swallowed it last night and applied the lotion, but instead of the boils to dry down, they became more fresher and ripe when I woke up this morning.

I went to another lab this morning and the Dr I met told me that it's chicken pox, he gave me drugs and injection. I'm highly hoping for it to be effective.

Please, Dr's in the house is this really chicken pox? They're all over my face, little on my head, arms, legs, stomach, beards and back.

I'm confused, what is wrong with the president doing this? Isn't everyday a day set to celebrate our Lord Jesus for what he did for us all. Infact, the nature of Jesus allows us to not concentrate on days and events, which is common with most religions, but on people and salvation. If Joe decides to make Easter day US trans visibility day, this action doesn't stop the celebration of Christ or neither does it prosecute those who celebrate Christ, why then is this a problem? For one good thing I tell you, it's a very good strategy to win trans people's souls to Christ. You cannot win souls of sinners until you've dined with them in the face of their critics.
