Hi, I am interested in the job. It takes me a day to write a 2k worded article. My articles cost NGN5 per word. Please, reach me through 09025515812 WhatsApp. Thank you. Kind regards, Richard. |
the link you gave isn't working. Do you have an email so we could send our CVs. I am a commercial and corporate lawyer at Lagos and I would like to apply. Thank you. |
Dear Dominion, As a lawyer I would provide you with the views of the law to your situation. According to the law in most states, Lagos inclusive, children are owned by the state. where individuals refuse to keep a child, they can either give them up for adoption or to an orphanage. There is no law that forces a couple or friends with benefits or one partner to keep a child he/she doesn't want to keep. The long and short of this is that you shouldn't be bothered about raising the child if you do not want to and if you do not have the resources to do so. When she gives birth to the child, simply look for an adoption agency or home or the Lagos state government children board, I am sure there is someone out there praying to be a parent to your child; this would solve the problem. Please note, my advise is predicated on the fact that the female partner intends to deliver the baby and doesn't want to keep it. If she chooses to keep it, you cannot go on with the above. Thank you. Best regards, RichDaniels. |
As a lawyer, my advice to the accused is to lawyer up (get a lawyer) a good criminal lawyer and undertake a fundamental rights application to the court for his release. I can recommend you an excellent criminal lawyer if you need one. |
Hello, please I'm a lawyer, don't bother yourself and don't spend the NGN150,000. Simply go to your nearest police station and make a report, get a police clearance, screenshot and send it to fair money together with all the evidence that shows you were duped, including the advert made and links. Ask fair money for an account to refund the NGN150,000, once you've paid it; they'll sort it out with the police, the scammers account and others. Do this ASAP |
This is not true, it is fake news, I am at ANSU in Igbariam, those people there were killed by Fulani herdsmen in an attack in the community yesterday, some where even students. Stop spreading fake news, say the news right. Is any of those corspe on a hijab, do you see any child there. They slaughtered helpless women and children yesterday. The University was closed and everyone went into hiding, no police, no army, no one to help! |
tribalmall:You have issues man! Serious issues! I feel you are going through a lot. Have you been to Anambra, Imo, Enugu, Rivers, Delta, Cross rivers, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Ebonyi? theses states made up the former eastern region and with the exclusion of Abia are thriving in trade, developement, activities, fun and what have you. You are here celebrating Sanwo for fixing potholes, do you know with the internally generated revenue from Lagos, we shouldnt have bad roads, poor hospitals, bad schools; you dont believe? Okay, Lagos ranks as the 8th richest economy in Africa, richer than Ghana, Tanzania, Mozambquie, Angola, Tunisia, yet again these countries have capital cities that look similar to developed nations. Compare lagos iwth the top 20 wealthiest cities in Africa, lagos is trash when this comparison comes to development. But how can you know, when the only place you have been to is Lagos and Ibadan. All former western states, excluding Lagos from Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, osun, ondo are trash when compared to these nine former eastern states developement, especially the last three states of Ekiti, osun and ondo which do not even compare to Abia (the worse performing state in the former east). Take out time to browse the most developed states in Nigeria, the statistics are online, all former states make it to top 20, imagine 10 states making it to top twenty, leaving the reminder 10 to be shared between the entire country. My brother as I said , you have issues. Try to leave your comfort zone and explore the world, you were born in ekiti, primary school in ondo, secondary school in osun, university in Ibadan, work and live in Lagos, why wont you be talking trash! You would watch your africa magic or iroko tv or one nollywood movie and see a VILLAGE setting with bush, what were you expecting to see, skysrappers in the village? There are villages in the west that are so remote, they cannot be used to act movies, one would wonder how people live there. I am not Igbo or yoruba, but I am from Cross rivers, I was born in Imo, pry school in Ibadan, secondary school in ibadan and Kaduna, University at Enugu, Law Scool at Yola, called to Bar at Abuja, served at Osun, and work and lived two years in rivers before relocating to Lagos where I stay. Thanks. |
There is no gainsaying the Reverend is neither good or bad. But my question goes out to the young man Ugah, who decided to go after "Every reverend Father" because of the action of one. It gets surprising when you find out that all other reverends from Abuja and others had shown him help in UNIABUJA and ABU( all the way to 400l) and you decided to blanket the punishment on all the reverends. A criminal is always a criminal. |

Hello kokaneprodigy, I hope this message meets you well. You could invest in the ever-growing transport industry. If you get the small bus for a million Naira and place a good rider, he can pay you a certain sum daily till the price with interest annually is fully paid. As a lawyer, I can take the task of drafting all necessary documents as well as follow up and monitoring the business on your behalf, to make sure you have a retained capital and profit at the end. Every business has its challenges, so I would also advise you to diversify your investment, why invest in transport alone, when you can do transport, canteen and others with the same sum. T To do this, we would register a company limited by shares, a start-up with a 5m share capital, have you as a majority shareholder and myself as a minority shareholder. I would run the business and other compliance issues needed while you stay as Chairman to the business. This way you can monitor the income and other finances as the business grows. I am available if you would like to discuss more, you can send a DM for my number or email. My address is at Lekki Phase1, Lagos State. Thank you. Sincerely, RichDaniels. |
I feel the lady took things far, not the receptionist. He had requested to do an action, which she declined, what again? Where did the "I can't sleep, come from?" The receptionist went further to state he would pay her hotel bills ( which he didn't have too) and tender his resignation, just to show he was sorry; even the hotel reached out to the lady and perhaps apologized. Yet again, she still posted the whole thing on social media. Unless there is more to this story, with what I have here, the lady was just being paranoid. |
Does it matter, the question is what does he recognize himself with? He doesn't consider himself Igbo. Nigeria is the only country where, someone would choose a thing and we would impose another on him. Obasanjo is a typical Yoruba man. What makes culture, isn't it people; then a person can also change his culture. Let's not confuse ourselves. |

The steps to getting the documents to your father's property are as follows: 1. Visit the land Registry of the state where the property is located 2. Search for the property at the registry. (The search would show your father is the registered owner of the property.) 3. Apply for a Certified Copy of the land documents in the custody of the Land Registry. (When dealing with land transactions, the land registry keeps copies of the documents to the land in their custody.) However, there is a catch- you should get an Assent (If your dad left the property to you in a Will) or a letter of administration (If your dad did not leave a Will) before the land registry can give you any copy of the documents. I suggest you get a detailed property lawyer to advise you further on getting a letter of administration or probate if you don't have any; if you are in Lagos, I can recommend one for you. Also, do not bother yourself with your aunt taking the documents, they are nothing to her when the property is registered to your dad's name and you acquire a letter of administration or an assent. Thank you. Sincerely, Daniels Barrister and Solicitor. |
So, I noticed some Naira landers are laying their comments on the academics; please get the writers point before you begin to argue out of it. The writer based his list on the Universities in the south east with the best structures[/b], serene environ and infrastructure. What is most annoying is that the writer kept on saying "ASIDE ACADEMICS, UNN IS..." just to make it clear his list isn't based on academics, and some naira landers still went ahead to discuss on academics. I've been to UNN, FUTO, UNIZIK, EBSU, IMSU, and ABSU (I haven't been to ANSU); I fully agree with the writers list, the first two universities (UNN and FUTO) look like shit, FUTO looks like something done yesterday, lots of substandard buildings with a few scattered standard ones. IMSU and EBSU well what do I say. When I got to ABSU I noticed it was a bit different, despite having some substandard infrastructure, it had a general outlook that would make you feel like you re in a "University" and not a developing estate or some sort. I would rate these universities in terms of infrastructure as follows: ABSU: 65%, UNIZIK: 60%, FUTO: 55%, EBSU: 40% IMSU: 36% UNN: 25% Please research, ask questions, check images on google, or better still visit these universities in person. While you're at it, check the hostels, toilets, roads, buildings, sports centers, facilities for relation, parks, trees (whether trimmed), street lights, road signs and directions, to mention a few; these indicators would lead you to understand the authenticity of this list. |
