I called them again this morning and they said that they are not the people that approve the funds that that they send it to a link provided by CBN for example like l have submitted my affidavit so they sent it to that a link designed by CBN they will access it and they will probably send me another link different from those that had direct approval for me to accept it, that's when it is my own turn, that it is treated batches by batches and turn by turn that l should be patient that they that's why he said that l should not send in another or drop another affidavit since I have already done that and also send it to bvnresolution@nmfb.com.ng that they have already sent it to the Link, so no need to drop it again, all what I need is pray for my request to be picked and treated

just be patient and prayerful, God of approval and disbursement will surely pick your call IJN.

I drop mine since October last year and went back again with the same affidavit in December same last year as a reminder but you are lucky, you submit yours November and you are lucky you get it

yes I submitted the affidavit since November last year, I've been waiting since, so I just tried my bvn this morning, and it went through

I just called their customer service today (this morning) and the man picked my call said that they are through with the upgrading that I should be patient that hopefully soon that they will send me a message to calm my offer, that I don't need to submit the affidavit again that they have it in their records that it's just that they have so many to sort out both approvals and disbursement, so much on their table

Seems we are having the same issue here, l was equally asked to get an affidavit from Court or send them the correct BVN
Me l wonder why BVN details of the user with correct BVN issued to should be does exist!

If according to them that the loan was approved but BVN invalid or does not exist, then if the affidavit is submitted, it shouldn't delay this much since you said that it has been approved but just affidavit to prove that you own the bvn so why the delay again?�

me self, I don tire for this matter, when did you submit the affidavit?, it's been a month now, when I spoke with them on phone, they said in two weeks time , I'll be able to accept my offer , nothin show, still bvn doesn't exist.

Approval text was sent to me months ago but it states my bvn was invalid that I should take a sworn affidavit to their bank which I have but till date I haven't heard anything again from them

Click on the SME link and input your BVN. If doesn't exist, go back and try the household link.
