It is alright to feel hurt but you must learn to forgive, especially for your own sake.

As per your future husband, know that there will be many 'hurts', both real and trumped-up. If you don't learn to let go, you may end up sulking for weeks on end and find it difficult to be happy. You too will certainly hurt your hussy but the good point is to forgive make-up and let go without putting the 'hurt' in some vaults for future recall/reference.

So Papa finally vex and took the Peugeot for private use so the Volks dey dey home most times then before he finally sold it off for N400.00

So I was 'Home Alone' one day and decided to test drive the Volkswagen. I Started the car, engaged gear and crashed into our neighbor's Shrine before my clear.

You can imagine how my escaped was treated later.

Honestly, in my 30 years of living in the North before leaving the country, I have never personally seen a single uncircumcised northerner. That's how culturally and religiously entrenched it is there.

But at the same time, every society has exceptions. No matter how strongly something is enforced by culture, religion, or even survival itself, you’ll still find a few people who refuse or avoid it. There are even people who ignore medical treatment for illnesses despite knowing it could threaten their lives. So exceptions existing doesn't change what is generally normal in a society.

I had colleagues who did it back then but 'codedly'. If caught, you likely loss both for flouting the school's regulation.
