Bail is 'Free'. What you pay to Nigeria Police for bail is bribe. Police extort the surety before granting bail.
The Bail Bond referred to here as in US is money you have to deposit ahead before bail is granted. If the suspect does not jump bail, you get your money back. Its the same way Nigeria Courts grant bail with the Surety(ies) expected to show course, ie, evidence that they worth and can provide the amount set in the Bail Bond in the event the accused jumps bail.

Every society/tribe have her fair share of good and bad people. The list is a clear indication that spoiling Naija name abroad is not limited to any tribe.
