Going to cultural ethics is too far as it isn't a yardstick for the religious practice. What I don't I don't understand as regards this issue is that, isn't our intention what God wants and not our posture? The intention for bowing or even prostrating to our elders is an act of respect and not intended to worship them.

I was shocked to hear an imam- back then when I was living in an Hausa community down here- said it is best to greet your father by handshaking him instead of bowing to him which is actually shirk, I be like what ? shocked

His presence wasn't even proof again, he needed to show many proofs. Smh.

Fact is, historically, the resurrection claim is not provable and you can only believe the claim by faith. The story from the beginning to the end is riddled with contradiction and inconsistencies which means it isn't reliable.
