Whalis: Three (3)men died in a dry WELL. Abua/Odual lga. May their soul rest in the bosom of the the lord jesus Christ.
The Aminigboko community is an oil and gas-rich area in Abua, where SPDC has been exploring for oil and gas for some time. The community isae peaceful community in Abua and hosts the Oil Giant company SPDC.
Indications show that the community could host numerous oil wells and different Gases due to some research results.
Tragedy has struck the community today,3 abled body men died miraculously while trying to upgrade a well to get good water to drink. The well is drying out as the owner seeks the services of 2 men who reportedly dug the well. The first person reportedly went down the well through a locally made ladder and was never heard from again, the second person went down for rescue and the same thing happened. While the third person who was never engaged desperately sought to save the duo, unfortunately he lost his life even when the eyewitnesses wanted safety measures for him and he declined.
An eyewitness said that the well has an offensive odour which the owner feels could be a result of the depth, but with this tragedy, there is a suspicious gas that has killed these men instantly.
It is strongly believed that the community is hosting a lot of natural minerals and gases, some of which may be emitted from the said well, unknown to the residents.
It is important to employ experts in the oil sector to investigate the cause of this tragedy now, to save the community from a natural disaster. Source: Facebook page of Amb Elijah Emmanuel January @seun @lalasticlala

VivianBabalola: Crowd Says “No Going Home” as Peter Obi Leads Surprise Late-Night Campaign for Dr. Mo
What was supposed to be a simple campaign stop turned into something far bigger than anyone expected.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhI3wgA-aIQ In this video, Peter Obi leads a late-night campaign squad in support of Dr. Mo, but instead of the crowd dispersing as the night grew darker, something unusual happened — they refused to go home.
No chairs. No comfort. No official program extension.
Yet the crowd stayed.
Why? What message was being passed that kept people rooted long after midnight? And what does this say about the growing political mood ahead of crucial elections in Nigeria?

Did you know one funny thing? Whether or not Peter Obi emerges the president of Nigeria, your condition will not change neither will the condition of your family or that of that generation that comes after you. Peter Obi has been a made man even as far back as 1995. Whenever I see some of you come here to type things and then drag Peter Obi into it, I just laugh at all your ignorance. People laughing while Nigeria keeps going back wards is one of the wonders of the world. For your information if the man doesn't win tomorrow it doesn't change the fact that Peter Obi is made likewise his kids and the generation after him. Whatever he's doing today is for people lyk you who have no future.
treesun: Dadiyata was abducted on August 2, 2019, from his Kaduna residence by unidentified gunmen.
Former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has alleged that former Kano State governor and former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, was responsible for the abduction of an activist, Abubakar Idris, popularly known as Dadiyata since 2019.
El-Rufai made the statement during an interview on Arise News Prime Time on Friday, where he addressed questions regarding the activist’s disappearance and clarified that Kaduna State authorities were not involved.
Dadiyata was abducted on August 2, 2019, from his Kaduna residence by unidentified gunmen.
The case drew attention from civil society organisations and members of the public, and police investigations were conducted at the time.
His current whereabouts remain unknown.
El-Rufai said that Dadiyata’s criticism was directed at the Kano government. He said, “He (Dadiyata) is a critic of the Kano government, it was Ganduje that was his problem, go and check his timeline, I don’t even know him."
He explained that Kaduna State authorities only became aware of the activist after the family reported the abduction to the police.
“We only got a report of Dadiyata’s existence after his family reported to the police that he was abducted."
El-Rufai also referred to a police officer’s alleged confession regarding the abduction.
“Three days after Dadiyata’s abduction, a policeman posted from Kano to Ekiti confessed to someone that they were sent from Kano and abducted Dadiyata, and felt bad about it."
He reiterated that Kaduna State had no role in the incident. “That is the only thing I know, but it was not a problem for Kaduna State.”
Human rights organisations, including the Amnesty International, have previously called for investigations into the case. More than six years later, no official findings have been made public.
notoracism: Marriage is a joke. I have stayed in 16 years of hell, trouble, fight, arguement.
My kids are unhappy.
I have never stayed in my marriage happily for 3 days since almost 16 years.
I wish I could end this mess, and no family member would know.
Not for me anymore.
I dont know how to stay calm. My husband never smiles, he is a sadist. I do nothing right, always compalins, haaaaa. We split bills but still compalins, what else do I do? He keeps saying abroad marriages crashes, I am doing my best, I am trying, this man is so emotionally unstable. I am dying slowly, I dont have peace of mind.
If I leave, they would say abroad destroyed our marriage, but it is not true, we've been through alot, the trouble has always been there, we came here with bad baggages. My sister has had an experience with him before and she asked me how I cope.
He got a very good job, and lost it due to his negligence, he would stay and call all night without sleeping. Call all his friends, tell them about his job, send them link to the company website, despite all my warnings to remain humble.
He started struggling and lost the job. He is doing menial job now and started calling me names. The job issue is not why he is calling me names, he has always been an abusive individual, proud and impatient.
He is threatening to leave us, I dont care anymore, I would adjust and move on. Since I have not had the courage to leave if he leaves, I don't think I will ever allow him a space in my life. Neverrrr.
Madam, go and sit down with your husband and settle your marital issues. Don't bring it to nairaland. Look how you are calling him names because he's not here. One funny thing about some of you is that you'll never mention the things you did wrong. I won't be surprised if you are doing this because you want to be free to do things best known to you which the marriage won't permit you to. Go and resolve your marital issues. That man needs you, don't back out and don't paint him bad.

phantomxx: THE PRESIDENT HAS ORDERED, Sir Siminalayi Fubara MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED AS THE DOMINANT POLITICAL FIGURE IN RIVERS STATE, AND ORDERED AN IMMEDIATE HALT TO ALL IMPEACHMENT PLANS AGAINST HIM
BREAKING President Bola Tinubu has taken fresh action to calm the prolonged political crisis in Rivers State involving Governor Siminalayi Fubara and former governor, Nyesom Wike.
The president has ordered an immediate halt to all impeachment plans against Fubara. However, the decision came with strong warning aimed at restoring order and control in the state.
Tinubu’s message to the FCT Minister Nyesom Wike was direct. Gov Siminialayi Fubara must be acknowledged as the dominant political figure in Rivers State based on his office as the number one citizen of the State, regardless of party lines. The president made it clear that this status should not be challenged.
He warned that continued conflict, needless political rallies and unguarded statements by the FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and his supporters is weakening governance and threatening stability in the state. He also insisted that such instability would not be tolerated under his administration.
At the same time, Tinubu further instructed Wike and his allies to withdraw from any impeachment plot against the sitting governor. The focus, he said, must return to governance and public service.
As part of the agreement, wike was directed to formally recognise Siminialayi Fubara as the “political leader” of Rivers State.
The president directed that Gov. Sim loyalists should be recognised by the ruling party. One of the conditions stated, “It was explicitly stated that the APC party structure should be handed over to Sim and no further action be taken without the Governor's consent or approval.
More details to follow....
Make una stop this nonsense. Today una go talk from one side of una mouth and tomorrow another side of una mouth. Una no dey tire?
