Funny thing is when you slap someone you think you are hurting them but you did not realize how much damage you caused to yourself. Every action has a reaction. Now by the sole decision of Israel banning USA officials it has set a very significant precedent, be it enemy of the country or not , wait till a day another country or same Israel do it again. Also Israel just sold itself out by showing to the world how much of an apartheid regime it is. The people of Palestine are now obviously under a siege ... Being forced to be under a government that they dont want . they can't receive visitors of choice . if they take to the street to request the that the two congresswomen be granted visit right they will be killed and maimed, what a fate that befalls fellow human being. However everyone celebrating this actions ,I hope you know that this is another precedent and standard for the world of democracy... Just the way we had the Biafra struggles , if any nation is being suppressed and forced to be part of an unwanted government dont scream fowl when this same thing happens |
Honestly I can't believe that just because of the hate of buhari , so many of Nigerians decided to be so unpatriotic on this issue. If you know anyone living in the north or who lived there before you can ask about the menace of this shites . they oppress , violate and disturb public peace for both Muslims and Christians. They are a sect that clearly stated that they won't recognize any other leadership but the shiek arrested . they dont recognize the rule of law or any constituted authority. When they act nobody dares to talk up. Now tell me should the government sit down doing due process and watch them also degenerate Into another boko haram ??. One very important aspect of terrorism is the leadership symbol. If their leader is on captive they will always appear weak. The government can easily break the rank and file in this manner . pls it doesn't matter if you are Muslim or Christian, Hausa , IBO or Yoruba we have to all make sure this issue is well managed . thanks |
You all really need a job oo. Oya tell me is BBN a place where u expect someone to be asked to define characteristic?? She was smart enough to know that she was not under any obligation to do that and she decided to use that to show she us confident . I won't say she dont know definition of characteristics tho because she never attempted it or gave a wrong definition she only put her self in place of the definition and that can really be a smart one. In short if you are seeing BBN everyday you need a job , if you come online to comment about it everyday you need a job too . me gan I am jobless to have taken so much time to do this . peace |
tuniski:lol thank God law don't work that way. And anything that is not legal is illegal by the fact that the only legally backed transmission method is manual then its illegal to have transmitted election result electronically. Hence even if INEC did its nulled and void |
RoyalUc:Amen bro. . thanks |
engineerboat:OK SCR is legal because its within freehand of INEC and also I think there is a legislation to it already. But this is what I see , places where INEC could use SCR but failed to use maybe cancelled and places where its not possible they have to result to incident form. I mean normally its okay to use SCR in Lagos but some places in north its not possible so are we going to disenfranchised those people ?? No but we can have plans to suite this situations which is what INEC did. Borno with lot of terrorism destruction in place can't use SCR or electronic transmission successful. This is the issue . but the problem with transmission is different because the legislation is clear on that, only manual is recognized. If we did use manual transmission successful all over the country we can't use electronic transmission successfully hence the only one we can rely on is manual still |
engineerboat:the usage of SCR is with INEC prerogative so its left to them to determine. Its not legal that is what we are saying transmission too is not legal. See the whole verification done on election day can be jettisoned In court by good lawyers . all this SCR and co are all a support system and INec is very careful with them. Yes they may have transmitted election electronically but constitutionally the result can only be recognized when transmitted manually |
tuniski:so for as long as its not a legal thing then it can't be forced on Inec. Moreover transmission require legislation everything inec do requires. Else it will be nullified. The law of Nigeria only recognized manual transmission go and read up the constitution bro |
tuniski:lol which kind of law is that one. The only legal thing here is manual transmission so if INEC used anything else its there cup of tea what constitution recognised is the only substantial one. All inec need to do is tell Court server is for another purpose. If INEC even try to disqualify any winner it electronic transmission results its war. No court will recognise it. Its a waste of time |
engineerboat:Smart card Readers are very different from electronic transmission. The purpose of SCR was contended in court in past election and we all see the result. Which was why incident form was introduced. You see one thing we all after recognize is that election in Nigeria is manual and anything that conflict with that is defeated. If we use any electronic advancements it should assist the manual not jettison it for now. So if manual transmission produce Buhari then E-voting can only corroborate that or it will be discarded. Its just like any new laws in Nigeria that conflicts with existing laws will be discarded for sure |
engineerboat:Padding or not if you are the judge will you rule for electronic transmission not constitutional instead of the authentic result because it's padded?? So I think the server did not exist on past election?? Why was it not used ?? |
But why did you cover the faces ?? Hmmm something to hide. Propaganda always leave a clue . if you catch a thief do you cover the face?? You claim they are doing something wrong but the people you are showing us let you take picture and you had to cover the faces. Well as far as I am concerned this guys can be anybody from any tribe we have Yoruba vigilantes that dress like this and use this guns. Another angle it could be acted up because I see no reason why you cover the faces |
Codes151:like seriously you think so?? And it doesn't occur to you that hacking is a big problem on it's own ?? Break your bubble E-voting should be more expensive a d corruption prone than the manual election we have. You want to what stories that systems are stolen or make dem no even talk at all??. Or the fact that we don't have the infrastructure to run it. Go and check even America did not run full E-voting. There are lot of disadvantages o and its not advisable for us at this point . I say our problem is not election tell me who are the candidates we have to chose from all rogues lol |
engineerboat:but still the result recognized legally will always be manual. If we are going to have a E-voting system we can't go on this way. Because if manual and electronic transmission have this much discrepancies then we give excuse to fault E-voting process. Apparently they can blame discrepancies on hacking , lack of technical know how and other things |
engineerboat:no you are the one missing the point . when the INEC Rac-Tech team you alleged imputed all the counted votes into the INEC SCR as alleged by you are Nigerians there ?? Any form of transmission that is not clearly recognized and agreed to by voters is nulled. I voted and I only witnessed vote counting and input of result in the result form which is used for the manual counting. Anything but that is nulled. Yes Inec might use electronic privately for any purpose known yo inec but that can't displace the authentic result from manual transmission. Vote is a manual thing in Nigeria , this is why the incidence form was introduced you can't disenfranchised a Nigerian just because of an electronic device no. |
Codes151:Yes you can have a voters verification server and system and not have an electronic voting system that should include transmission. Have heard before that in United States of america votes that where conducted manually where transmitted electronically??. We can only transmit votes electronically when we have e-voting. Because somebody that voted manually is not expecting you to go behind and enter result they are not aware of. Assuming the way votes are counted at polling unit and pasted there for verification , inec showed details of electronic transmission to the voters too and agents then we can have a case. But if in the manual authentic result we have A and electronic transmission we have B then we have to discard the electronic transmission because it's not authentic |
I really hate the situation of the country now and the regime but Atiku is taking us for a fool ride. By law of engagement before inec can do anything with electronic transmission it has to be very glaring to not just the contestant but also the voters . when I voted all I did was thumb print, I did not do any electronic voting hence no inec can come tell me my vote was transmitted electronically. Also inec can set up an electronic backup or anything they may call it to aid transmission but with the situation of this country no sane person will want our vote to be electronically. We can't have e-voting system just yet . the communication system is not sufficient for this and that nullifies any electronic voting process . I say Atiku should face his fears of defeat and save is the unnecessary polity heat up. This country from political angle is a whole lot of mess up and the less trouble we have to solve the more focus and hence success we can achieve. Atiku Bleep up walai |
Temptee101:Among numerous crimes Ipob is known for hate speech against every other Nigerian that dont think we should split. What you dont know is that the decision for this country to split is not for Ipob alone but every Nigerian and atleats you need majority to achieve that. For several crimes of Ipob we all.could have chosen to castigate Ibo too.. |
Esseite:So because you can't differentiate you have to kill every herdsmen or every Fulani?? So because of the actions of Ipob we have to castigate all IBO?? What people that tribal shit don't know his it can come back at them. When you castigates a whole tribe because of the actions of some people you are worst than a racist. I know very well that due to the fact that these people are herders they tend to live more in the bush resulting in them being primitive. This is a problem we have to deal with together. I see deliberate orientation by the government, I see this people being integrated into the modern ideology just the way every other tribe were integrated. I know of stories when education was introduced to Nigeria and lot of tribes were scared to receive it. So I say we can't commit a genocide by whipping this people of the surface of earth but we can work on them and integrate them to the community. |
Tamasaba:No you lied at mazamaza the beggars there are usually Igbo begging at parks. Funny thing is that they are mostly not handicapped in any ways. You see good make up work on them to deceive people. In short all tribe have beggars even there are American beggars. Tho the numbers definetly defer but my problem with Reno is why say this ?? Do you think its easy for a human being to throw away his pride and everything to beg?? |
Well what I see here is CJN was trying to be as lay man as possible and at same time trying to be smart with the answer. He tried to illustrate the importance of technicalities with the pilot analogy and went on to conclude that in law the problem of technicalities is solved by law interpretation. Don't let us be always bias. I hope we also know that he his human and never knew he was going to be asked that question so dont expect him to be perfect |
I dont know when saying the truth becomes an incitement. If even the scholars and elite in Ghana can't speak up in the face of injustice foreigners in Ghana are made to go through then they dont deserved to be called scholars. I call on Nigeria to do what Ghana is currently doing to out brothers yo every Ghanaian in Nigeria too |
Tobesky1:thanks much |
thorpido:lol so funny you, this internal strength to go on is very relative ooo. Also you see the factors that contribute to thus internal will to keep living are not equally available to all. Someone that does not have parents alive and still go through so much might not have the counsel required to go on. That is just an example and so much more . Another thing I like to show you is that I think we all should try and be more kind and nice to one another . some people just want to exact principle and some just wickedness. Look at a case like mine now, I struggled all through to get admission to a university, I remember days when I was on the oshodi expressway Hawking , someday lathe vehicles will kill fellow hawkers and I will just have to thank God that was not me. I struggled through it all and I gained admission finally . I fend for my self all through till 400 level when I was on farm practice year and couldn't do my everyday hustle to cater for school fees early because I was posted to a remote village for farm practice. I wanted to pay my school fee late but nassu was on strike and school decided not to open portal to cut the story shut I got rusticated for this. I lived to achieve this and it was taking away by one heartless VC ,tell me do I have to to go on??. Well I am still striving maybe because I still have some amount of hope in me. But trust me I am getting tired of fighting a painful fight call life . why can't people just decide to rest without any blame, why can't er all just respect their decision for once ![]() |
livebyday:it will only take sometime but we definitely going to get our politics right my only fair is getting government right. Its another thing entirety. |
fortunechy:Can you say that again pls. Are you aware about the disclaimer of EU about the inec server?? If the Almighty server PDP relies on in court has also be declared non existence by observers then forget there is no case |
livebyday:south west never for once played opposition, the only western state that was not originally PDP was Lagos and that dont mean the people played opposition no. We always voted the candidate not party here. Remember the first tenure of Jonathan south west was for him. The only time he couldn't get south west was after the fuel subsidy and all. We all know how bad Jonathan tenure was so excuse tribal politics and see that every right thinking Nigerian should not have voted him |
veesion:Oh would you rather we trusted Atiku ?? Someone that has history of betrayal come on!!! Well I can assure you that Yoruba voted widely and politics for us was never a tribal thing . we have out brothers in PDP and APC so that us why our vote was not skewed . even politically the North are doing very well compared to southeast, in fact the east is now the only region practicing tribal politics . check the statistics |
Geesaintagape:sure he his for all but he has the right to employ people he his able to trust and can key into his manifesto. Do you think government is a day thing ?? You dont expect the president to appointment someone that is so strange to the ideology of the party and government |
Rockandroll:no role is due to anyone , the president can only give appointment to people he can trust with it and also who is well involved in party and government ideology. Tell me how many people from southeast fit in this description. That is the damage of making politics a tribal thing . |
This is what I think actually, the president will surely have a problem putting people of southeast region in key position because firstly, he need to work with people he trust, those in his camp and key in to the manifesto from the beginning of the struggle. Now if you maligned yourself and didn't earn trust by working for the success of the current administration, you did not partake in conception and institution of manifesto how are you going to key in??. So I dont think we have any issue of biasness here , let everyone stand by their principle till end. If risked and a SGF is choosing from southeast and things go awry by sabotage or lack of knowledge of the original ideology of current administration who takes the blame ?? |
Stop spreading lies
