I got my cpf even before leaving Nigeria. Go to the lagos consular website or write them. These things are all online guys. Search for their contacts, research and read.

For BSc or undergraduate scholarship, write the embassy and they will forward all the requirements to you. That's how I got into Brazil. All the best.

Take a bus to Oshodi. From there go to Obalende. From that point, take a bus going to Ikoyi/Alagbon. Tell the driver you'll alight at Force CID.

Once you enter the road from bus stop, police station is to the right. Don't go there and don't attend to any police asking you what you came for. Walk into the compound to the left and opposite the police station. Go straight down to almost the last office having possap or CID written at the entrance. The office just after the last room having air conditioner. All the best.

use Google Flights or Skyscanner to compare flights. Until you are about to pay, don't assume prices as they change every second. To get cheap rates, book at least three weeks ahead and book a mid-week flight. Weekend flights are usually more costly.

For interstate it may because at highway V6 are more economical. But your best bet is still to find 4 cylinder engine except you do special drop off like airport drop, special interstate hire or hotel services etc
