melzabull:Insult yourself from now til next life, we see through your deceit. We do not want to be biafrans. Inform your minds with that. |
Freemanan:I hear you Sir, but I have my reasons for saying it like that. I understand your need to come off as patriotic especially in delicate matters as this, but the oil is indeed ours, before Nigerians'. Evident of this small truth, is the existence of militants (which we reallllly aren't proud of btw) but who are placated ne'ertheless. These people recognise that if they can successfully pull us away from Nigeria, then they'd have better access to the resources. Else, why would their lead protester in delta state say this to me, "we cannot continue to let Nigerians oppress us when they're busy using our oil"? These people are having delusions that we would go with them and with their level of agitation, they sure are hoping they'd thrive with something that can come with us...oil. Add manpower if you may, but I know what I know. Oh, maybe I'm getting forgetful or really know nada, but I don't know the many other capable substitutes you say they have that makes you not suspect their tenacity. |
All this by force alignment by these S-easterners na because of our oil oo. I neva see where dem de force person to family person before. |
I know what's making some of them agitate the more; our oil. I'd spoken to a lady who said she's the leader of the protest group in Delta state and she had vehemently stated that "we cannot continue to let Nigerians oppress us, when they're busy using our oil". The inner me just laughed at her. This is someone that got arrested on the day of the protest in that same Delta oo. She and a whole other lot, are busy having delusions about Deltans and the people of other South-south Regions, going with Biafrans if the time comes. I figured they're yet to get the memo. |
Jiggaman2:So you created an account, just so you can tell us your prayer point? How many Nigerians do the same on your forums, that's if you have any? I don't even know whose contenders, Malians can be. Nobody takes note of you... |
sukkot:Ok, so you do see where the problem lies. No one half is to blame. Those who can't do biz are stuck either way. Out of a job or not, success, even if not huge, is an eventuality to be reckoned with for fellas who can think outside the box, as you say...Sadly, it cannot be the same for others who can't, hence; a sizeable number of the job seekers. |
sukkot:So since you have now ascertained that there are few jobs for the ones who can't do business, who's going to tell the ones that can think outside the box but who have now occupied some of those few jobs, that the comfort and positions they are occupying are not for them? |
Regarding your second question, I'm sure you must have guessed; it depends on the organisation you hope to work with. More often than not, only church offices will not take your outward appearance into consideration. |
Spirituality is relative, my dear. Do you also not subscribe to the blood transfusion technique for sustaining lives? Or is it only unacceptable when not in life threatening situations? On what scriptural basis, does anyone draw a distinction? |
In all the story, what saddens the most, is that a couple of them ogas are older married men. So it's quite pathetic really, that even at their age, incessant and random shagging is still a priority. |
dmola:Dude, send a message to the supermods already, mentioning the e-mail addy you want them to reach you with. |
Her father is principled but then, so are you. If love truly should know no religious boundary, then you should be having that introductory rite by now. I do not even know when you men began to lovvve going to church sef. Tagging along with the mums to wherever, has always been the trend. My take on this anyway, is if you really love this girl enough to want to be married to her as you're claiming, then you'll compromise with whoever, even if it's just for now. No catholic priest will come to wherever you both settle after marriage to seize the children from you if they don't continue with the faith. Neither do I think that any parent would. If you truly aren't deliberately trying to be impossible, by being confrontational and denouncing a faith that a family has believed in for so many years, just because you want to marry their daughter, then you'll have a rethink and do right by that woman, who apparently has a better understanding of compromise, the fact that there really are no boundaries to love and is willing to make the switch for you. |
Nigerians.. We set up panel for everything. |
OK. |
Sorry to say, but your ex is slowww on so many levels. This is the main reason why you should have broken up the relationship eons ago. Nothing more. |
They're just like anyone and everyone. Good and Bad. No people have the absolute monopoly of these qualities. |
. |
God bless you, OP. |
tobybasten:Son, quiet there. I wouldn't respond to you, if you had not quoted me just so you can sound unexposed. You only just finished your NYSC like 2minutes ago, so why do you deem yourself fit to stand on a soap box and critique advices regarding job interviews? Even if you staff the gate of the NBC plant, you wouldn't always know the nitty-gritty details of their recruitment processes, more than someone who only meets up with the HR officer for drinks. Next, you'll tell us now that they employ everyone based on merit. Smh. Aside that I DO KNOW people who wore Tees on Jeans and landed the job at NBC, wearing suits for interviews is not only sometimes unnecessary, but is also sometimes inappropriate. If they didn't teach you that at camp, you're hearing it from me now. Kill yourself, if you cannot stand a truth. |
