FamilyRe: Why Can't Single People 'Just Say No' To Married People? by Rocktation(f): 9:23pm On Oct 02, 2014
What really gets me wondering sef, is why any lady would want an unmarried guy at all, who she already knows has a gurlfriend. Married is too far. Was the first glance so big a mistake, that she thinks a second from another guy can't be spared her way? I mean, how scarce are responsible men reallllly?

shizzle11: cheesy Rockbaby, you and Phema will not kee me grin thank God you eventually understand me and i understand where your confusion stem from too, i knew i wasn't a genius and that was why i said to her that

ok i accept my error of judgement, just asked a brother now and he told me 'hunger' was more appropriate grin
Hmmnn...don't even know why I bother you. Perhaps it's cos it's been a while since i bothered anyone. Have a good day.

shizzle11: lol....where did you get that from?cheesy...pls be sure of what you accuse me of, anyways it all started this way when she said:

owu to the best of my knowledge means poverty/lack of money. In the context of this thread which is centered on women not knowing how to cook, i dont see how 'owu'/poverty comes in. That one is suffering from 'owu'/poverty, does that mean he/she shouldn't know how to cook? you didnt answer my question but i went ahead to explain even thou i am not sure you and i have the same definition of 'owu". In case your 'owu' means same thing as mine which is 'poverty' then let me clarify my comment below

knowing how to cook or not has nothing to do with if one is poor or not, in other words if you know how to cook, you can cook regardless of whether or not you are poor and if you cant, you simply dont know how to. Simplessss
Ohhhkey...that is where you had it wrong. Owu, as I've always known IS hunger. Then again, it seemed as though you realised that owu isn't what you've always thought it to mean, but still wanted to explain your way out anyway but ended up confusing us (including the poster you quoted) by saying poverty should fit the context more...which it doesn't.
And now you're beginning to try at confusing me again by saying you really don't know how poverty comes into the matter after you have said this;

shizzle11: i know what owu means, you say its hunger
but ill rather use poverty in this context. I ask because you made it sound like the availability of money or lack of it is the reason why the op is complaining, or why women shouldnt know how to cook which is totally off the mark, i stand to be corrected
See? I eventually understood you, even though you didn't do a good job of explaining.

shizzle11: You sounded rude with your first comment, but i'll be nice to you.

First do you know what owu means? this is important in explaining myself
OMG...I did not. But then again, you have a history of misunderstanding comments that are quite straight to the point.

Everything actually.

jerflakes: Forget that talk,

if na out of vexation, that means you were angry.

And you know the relationship between a hungry man and an angry man.

Bros, my own be say, make you no talk say you dey hungry when you no dey hungry.

There's a curse for abusing that word.
Lol. Of cos, there was no way he could have "left the thing and comot" na. Abi does the meal have their own seatbelts for landing these days? Besides, the hostesses always ask if you care for them before they serve. They don't just force it on you.

@OP- Someone once said keeping your girl untouched, is a sure way to censor what may likely go in and out of her, when you aren't watching. You must agree that you wouldn't hurt too badly, if only the surface is as far as a contender could get.
FoodRe: Just Imagine Arik Air's In-flight Lunch(pix Included) by Rocktation(f):
That's the only thing they always have on their(arik) menu, I believe...cakes with water/juice, irrespective of what time of the day you're on them. Aero does coke and biscuits, which is way tackier, so drink to the fact that you weren't served that. Most of their interstate flights usually don't last longer than 45mins-1hr, so you can't expect to see pounded yam and veggies as though you're at a wedding nau.

valmunich: We just relocated to asaba and your state sucks big time I must Confess, there's nothing like power supply here
Eyaaa. But you forgot to mention the 'country' from which you relocated. 'Cos the last i checked, there's nothing like power not to talk of supply, in the whole of Nigeria.

Nairaland GeneralRe: 6 Things You Do That Annoy A Policeman on "Stop And Search" by Rocktation(f): 12:48pm On Sep 10, 2014
Really OP, you think being a Nigerian police officer makes you tough? Can you match the doings of your couterparts abroad? I was honestly hoping to see certain SERIOUS guidelines that would enable YOU serve the people more appropriately and there you were talking about how they should act all dumb on you guys, whenever they feel harrassed. To say certain acts annoy you, is even annoying in itself. You would rather they allow you put them behind counters or seize their car keys when you pounce on them, than put a distress call to some higher power...completely ignoring the right of a person to atleast a phone call? You also don't want them reminding you that they haven't forgotten their rights - because it can be used against them in court abi? And you cannot be touched? What is that? Are you salt or are the citizens, rain?
You may have a distaste for your poor choice of profession, looking that there weren't and aren't many other options in Nigeria and at whatever time you sought and are seeking them, but you, holding the poor masses responsible for your disposition to always be impossible, just will not fly as even some sort of crappy guide to being a good 'bloody civilian'. So just spare everyone abeg.

You've been here long enough to know that moderators are not and can never be omniscient. Rather than waste time wondering if there are mods and engaging in fights, why not try the "report" feature?
