Thosyne1010: Pls help! I'llb getting married soon so we came up with purple and gold for trad. Wedding . Burgundy and biege for white wedding. Pls what colour will look lovely for aso ebi and is there need for any additional colour. Thanks
I'm wondering whether you want us to pick a combo for your asoebi, from the options you gave or are these suggestions for you, the couple?
If the former is the case, then you picked beautiful and combinable colors, yes....and I prefer the first combo.
Additional color(s) will be great though, to achieve that uniqueness that's super important on your day, if you've just one combo for asoebi and yourselves.

Hiya all,
I would give feedbacks for each of the eighty-something poems right away, but it's impossible to remember who wrote which and worse, without my score note. Something I haven't forgotten anyway, is that you all did great and I commend your efforts. Indeed, you raised the standards for the competition by going far above and beyond what I imagined i would read on nairaland, given that the section for poems' assessment is not exactly bursting with life. Well done, really.
A quick advice to a few of us, for better writing in the future - let us learn to love our dictionaries. Don't assume certain words throatedness exist in real time, just because they sound good to you. Often times too, in trying to create corresponding word sounds, our logics fail us. I did read something about a smile surrounding lips, revenging when wronged (when else can one revenge? A call for justice is a call for revenge.), someone being "left" huh , leaves were meant to grow on trees? and another turning on a distinct self, like it's a faucet or something...

Any hoo, the experience was wonderful in all and I look forward to having more of this. Thanks to the graphic artists for the beautiful designs (I loved the one with hands coming out of the head - it's a clear rep of the subject matter - alter ego) and for accepting the increased workload without complaints. Also to my co-judges and of course, our out-of-this world co-ordinator, Cuddles. You never cease to inspire awe. smiley

Thanks much!
