Insufferable people like these is why some of us are weary about building apartments for rent.

until you meet landlords that are thieves and use caution money as another source of revenue then you will understand how painful it is on the tenant. The house i lived in was so bad that there were damages on steady but when leaving I fixed it up and demanded for my caution fee when landlord saw that I am not ready for stories,he paid immediately. Even if she stays for a week, caution fees is to be refunded as of time of tenant leaving your house without any damage else there is a bridge of contract by the landlord and whatever state he sees the house,he should let it be.imagine paying a rent of 600k and be told that caution fees is 200k so after staying for a year you will comfortably let the money go
