Ruud must count himself lucky he left that gay league at the right time. Now he's joined Madrid at a time Madrid is really hungry for success and according to my tested and trusted almighty formula: new coach + 3 years starvation + Beckham on bench == success No doubt, |
Chxta:Damn! AMD wiped the floor with Intel yo. SMH. Intel lost mad haaaaard, ![]() But I'd still go for Intel any day cos on the long run Intel is prolly better, iono really, I'm just not an AMD fan kinda, ya'll dig |
Hey yo Dathought STFU! I'm tired of lames like you thinking because beefing with Whites cos "a white broad embarassed you" for being stupid makes you intelligent or revolutionary. All you retards do is whinge, moan and complain like a b*tch.GTFOH!!! I ain't even gonna go into some real shyt witcha cos you obviously still upset but you gotta keep your bleeping hatred to yourself homie.Nobody here aked you to go acting stupid or sumpin'.You all on here dealing with your emotions like some jump-off hoodrat over some shyt we all experience but ain't nobody here moaning like you. And if you being emotionally hurt cos of some shyt a white person done to you, well that's part of life so quit b*tching, toughen up be a man.You should be asking yourself what civil way are there to change the state of the world and not put someone else down by taking your frustrations out on them just cos they're white. That's stupid! I couldn't give a Bleep if you green or yellow. As far as I am concerned everybody is an INDIVIDUAL! You maigh wanna note that down and think about it before you come out next time b*tching over your emotions. |
LMAO@ Dethought mad cos I exposed his fake ass. I see u still hurting after what that shortie did to ya. Don't take it too hard homie you just need to step ya game up |
I'd say you're definately doing good by getting your CCNA & CCNP and Post graduate Diploma might be a good thing cos you may well be able to get in directly. The indication I'm getting is that you're going into Computer Networks right? Anyway my best advice is that you research and make a shortlist of your preferred Universities. Then contact the relevent persons in-charge of admissions into their Masters programs and put your situation forward to them to best know where you at and what you may need to do. From that you will be able to get an official confirmation as well as what will best suit you. I did likewise before commencing my undergraduate program and it got me settled, answered my questions, and totally cleared my doubts. |
Ain't nuthin' to do with being Nigerian - that's the way it is all over the world. In fact that's the norm. On average you likely to work in an field not entirely related to your degree particularly in the later stages of your life. That's why most Unis are making their Degree programs as flexible as possible by offering stuffs like combined programs to enable their graduate cope. Students need to realise that too and take advantage of it as well because that's what employers are also wishing for. Nobody wants an inflexible robot who can't survive outside of his/her field. |
You may well be able to. Depends on the University you graduated from and that you're applying to. The latter will prolly be the deciding factor but other factors will come into consideration like your professional experience and/or any external professional qualifications you may hold. I suppose in the worst case you may just have to take something like an Access course I guess. Nothing that serious |
LMAO @ LOTR and Harry Potter appearing in the same sentence. You must not have read 'em cos if you have you'll realise why errbody here been saying it ain't no contest at all. I ain't even gonna bother voting cos this is just lame. It's like comparing King Sunny Ade with Dele Taiwo. ROF-LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO |
I'm a Linux fan myself but I'll have to agree with allonym on this stuff. The points he talked about are what I've considered but still prefer Linux. Basically I call it how I see it and I call a spade a spade. I moved to Linux mainly because as a Computer Science student it just don't sound right to be unfamiliar with it or any other Unix based OS for that matter. In fact a prospective employer at one of the bigget IT company told us during our Industrial Placement presentation: "If you want us to refuse you then don't learn Linux!". In the industry there are things Linux are better at than Windows and there are those Windows are better at (or maybe more suitable/appropraite for!) than Linux. But as a typical desktop PC for homeuse, running Windows will always be an advantage. The fact is, and as allonym put it, "it's a matter of taste and idealogy". But I'll also like to add awareness and familiarity to that because some people may like Linux if they ever were aware of it or gain familiarity with it. I run both on my machine but I tend to use the Windows for DVD or watch TV. I use Linux more often because actually like the challenges it gives, it's raw and purer, and given that I've only been running it less than a year I can also build on my familairity ans experience with it. But then I'll agree this is all because I'm in IT and can find my way round it due to my knowledge (plus little experience with Solaris) than the ordinary user wanting a PC for personal homeuse. Here's a very good, realistic, unbiased. and useful article on this topic:http://www.michaelhorowitz.com/Linux.vs.Windows.html |
mukina2:No. I haven't met him yet. I'm currently in 300 level studying Global Terrorism and I'm on Industrial Training with the Hamas Fatah Militant Movement in Palestine till September before returning to Afghanistan for my final year. I'm aiming for a 1st or 2:1 at least because only students with good results get to meet Osama as part of their graduation ceremony. Feel where I'm coming from? ![]() |

2cantango:STFU!!! Hey yo $eun screw all them haters son. Them salty bashers just mad cos they ain't touching your paper. But that shyt funny though, lmao ![]() Like I said this whole shyt is just entertainment so don't sweat it. You just treat it as comedy and enjoy the laughter. It ain't like anyone knows you personally or it leaves a scratch on you homie. |
Yea I run Ubuntu Breezy 5.10 on my Dell D810 with XP professional and no problems at at all. I used to run FC4 prior but I never used that cos wireless networking was hell. Installation was smooth and it automatically configured my wireless network(which I couldn't do even manually on FC4!) and I've just been going on step by step since then. I use XMMS for most of my music but I also have VLC(plays windows media files), Xine (on which my totem player is based) and RealPlayer(this was a little tricky to install!) just to give me other options when I need to play some other wierd format music files. If your music files are mainly MP3s then I'd suggest you go for XMMS as it's easier to install and configure. Ubuntu maintains an online repository where you can get most software and libraries you need. The Synaptic Application Manager allows you to get these at mouse clicks. You may need to configure it depending on your needs but the default configuration should be enough for most users. You also get important software updates which you can choose to install or ignore. The only software I haven't managed to install successfully is Skype although I did manage to get the static version to work. I suppose all you need is a little bit of time and patience to get things to your desire. And believe me there are more than enough stuff online to help you do anything. Everything I've done with my machine comes from online resource help pages - no textbooks! So if you scratching your head then http://www.google.com and http://www.wikipedia.org are excellent places to start. "Ubuntu - Linux for Human Beings". Nuff said! |
Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! LMAO @ $eun/Nwoke (or whatever the heck his wack ass name is again!) getting bashed on them blogs. I called his ass out the last time I was here to explain himself for deleting my thread but the chump pussied out, and did what he knew best - deleted my thread! ![]() I's like I could give a Bleep, lmao. I think people take this whole forum shyt too seriously and if you have a sensitive homo ass admin like $eun,, oh sorry, Nwoke, then it's gon' be like living in China, lol. This whole things should be taken strictly as ENTERTAINMENT!!! Anybody catching feelings should eat a d*ick (well you can ban members if you're a gay ass admin ).Props though for exposing Nwoke for being a chump that he is. And Nwoke don't get mad if i hurt your emotions homie. Didn't intentionally mean to. You know you ma favourite Admin right? ![]() |
LMAO @ all you pretenders on this wack ass board trying to front like ya'll really into rap. FOH will all 'em bullshit list ya'll putting up there. Ya'll just re-title this thread as "Top 5 RnB (Rap & Bullshit) Rappers" or "Most Popular Rappers" or sumpin. A top 5 list wih 50, Ja, Dre, Snoop, Em, (even Pac is debatable!) in it is weak and laughable. None of ya'll shyt got credibility sorry. Step your rap game up. And if I happen to have touched your emotions, well I ain't sorry! Ya'll a bunch of pathetic fruity flavoured homos on here. |

wise:ROF-LMAO @ this confused chump!!! FOH lil' nigga |
This thread already points out why most guys wear studs/earrings: MOST FEMALES FIND STUDS/EARRINGS ON MEN ATTRACTIVE!!! So for the salty ass guys on here uncannily hating on guys who rocks studs/earrings they have a reason for doing so. Just as some guys work out to get abs and pecks because females are attracted to 'em too. I got no qualms with males rocking studs/earrings i just don't do 'em cos the reason ain't worth it (i.e. Lame!!!). Afterall i still manage to get my fair share of female to look my side without 'em. |
ladebi:Weak!!! |
spikelord:Well I like to be light-hearted as much as I can. But I'm dead serious about what I said dawg. Pac's "Hit em up" just an aight diss song. Son was just screaming, bluffing and rambling over that shyt till he got his punk ass clapped for running his big mouth tooooo much. And you can't deny that Joey is a mediocre rapper at best. Curtsnitch Ratson was a good rapper till the release of GRODT. But he's since turned out better than Olivia at singing! When I say Pac was an aight rapper I mean just that. Son had good subject matter, poetry and emphasised his lyrics with passion. He was also a good both at acting in Hollywood and in real life(if you recognise wher i'm coming from!) so he had the package to make him a damn good Artist. But just as a rapper Pac ain't shyt! He just aight. Jadakiss, well son's history speaks for itself. He ain't playing when he said he "Top 5 Dead or Alive" kid. Son got mad lyrics, flow and delivery that could contest with the best rappers and get 'em shook to death in the pants. Recognise that on the real. Them D-Block boys ain't playing no games kid - 2 Gunz Up! |
Ya'll funny, Checkmate bodied all 'em shyt in the list pound for pound. True story! |
Er,, point of correction Our forefathers DID wear earring, albeit maybe for different reasons, I don't and won't wear earrings cos i think it's just lame how errbody seem to think they look cool or good cos they've got a earring on. If I had a more practical reason for wearing 'em then I would. |

Well all you have to implement and be aware of is what we ebonic speakers call "Code Switching". That is you speak or use a varying degree of ebonics depending on social context. I'm currently on Industrial Placement and I work with a Government Agency and dpn't use ebonics when I'm in work related mode. If you happen to associate with different people of diffrent backgrounds code switching will become sub-conscious to you befor you know it. Being in a foreign country definately helps because you are most likely going to work study and work with people from other racial and social background than yours. I think the subject of conversation may also initiate code switching as I've found even when I'm with my homies. As I said once it's a sub-conscious thing you barely have control over it. Your brain just flip modes and you begin to use the appropriate language form. If you've read my post on other subjects I've replied to you can see there's a change of mode and pattern here, |
LMAO @ Nigerian movies even appearing in the same sentence as them South African movies. All 'em garbage them money hungry punks put out is trash. Them shyt wack than wack! The whole are a bunch of pathetically recycled stories with irritating sound and video editing, and actors that make me feel like I might just be on par with De Niro or Pacino! ![]() I must say I don't look out or watch 'em but the little scenes I catch every now and them when I visit my sisters(they can't get enough of 'em!!!) just make me class them as pitiful comic - just like Nigerian Politics! And don't even get me started with Yoruba based ones. They make the english based ones look like "The Godfather". I wasn't surprised at all when I's told some of 'em were made in two weeks. SMFH!!! |

I'm sorry that so many people seem to think their own perfection allows them to keep throwing stones in your direction.
