My dear I have HND, PGD AND MBA. Years back I tried 3 Universities for Phd but was turned down because I have HND. I went back to open university for a Bsc. Am now in my 2nd semester of 400L. Once am done with Bsc even before final result comes out I will quickly register for Msc management with my PGD management because MBA might not also get me a Phd admission.
Your Ph.D was turned down because of your MBA not your HND.
MBA is a terminal degree and as such you cannot proceed to a Ph.D with it.
Kind regards

Boyooosa:

You wont blame those guys you know? The reason they are doing this is simply becos they don’t want Shiite to grow into another BH. BH also started as a small unit of Islam that was soliciting for the strong(er) establishment of Islam in Nigeria starting their mission from the North. But some long-sighted Nigerians saw this as a wrong cause, some muslims (majorly Northerners) then, saw it as a cause worthwhile. When they officially stated their demand, Islamization of Nigeria starting from the Northern states, some pple were like well, if Sharia can help us stop corruption in the country, so be it! When they started bombing organizations, some die-hard muslim Northerners went along with them (BH) and gained sympathy from some Human Rights Activists throughout Nigeria and partly in the world, painting the resolute of the govt as extra judicial killings. Nigerian Government needed to cool down not until when this sect with foreign spirit & back up grew up to terrorist group and finally became the most deadly terrorist group in the world (a product of Nigeria?).
People started talking and started tracing the history of BH. They traced it to the shield they enjoyed from Northerners then b4 they started affecting the North negatively. But because they couldn’t spread to the other part of the country, we thank God for the recent development.
Now, there is a lot of sensitization about terrorism and Northerners have learnt from their past recent experience, they want to curb this one even b4 they start growing. This is due to the fact that the memory of the outcome of their negligence then is still fresh. You are a Tijanian, am an Ansar-ud-deen member(SW), would you be in love with your sect to start another chaos in Nigeria again? Definitely NO! This is the more reason every hand should be on deck. In Nigeria of these days, a patriotic Nigerian should be concerned about fight against corruption and not Religious Battle again. Afterall nobody said they shouldn’t worship God but should do that in peace as islam itself connotes.
Another note is that, since the arrest of their leader, no Northerner attacked them until recently they started their protest they tagged ‘Peaceful’. Which Protest always goes peacefully without attracting any violent sensitization either emotionally or sentimentally? Why didn’t Govt arrest you or me, are we not muslims? Why not the Chief Imam of Sokoto central mosque, the Kaduna, Kano or Katsina? There are also muslim leaders in the SW and govt did not arrest them, have you asked yourself why? Why Zakzaky?
What you have just said, does not correlate to the unjust killings of Nigerians. In my mind, this is just part of the process of Islaminzation of Nigeria; " Take Care of the Shiite first, once that is done and probably they see how we treated our fellow Northerners then we proceed to the south".
My own reasoning

Politics / Re: Cattle Spotted On The Street Of Ado-Ekiti Despite Fayose's Anti-Grazing Bill by Rogz85(m): 10:52pm On Aug 31, 2016
searchiing4love:
In my opinion, Fayose was wrong to enact such laws in the first place. The fulanis have the right to live and work in ekiti just like every other Nigerian. Why ban their business of cattle rearing when they have no other means? Why criminalize the fulanis as if all fulanis are killers? There are bad eggs amongst every tribe, why do we make it look like violence is exclusive to northerners only. The people we should frown at are cattle rustlers who steals cattle from fulanis and use them as disguise for their evil deeds. The fulanis are peaceful people who go about their business in peace and we all know they control their herds of cattle with mere sticks. Even though we call them primitive, how many southerner can rear cattle for national consumption like the fulanis? Without them how do we see beef to consume? The rustlers are armed terrorist escaping from the north east to the south. What fayose should have done is to forbid any herdsmen from moving around with weapons, not banning cattle rearing completely. If all states cooperated with the FG on creation of grazing reserves throughout the country, there will not be a single cattle left on the streets looking for grass. Instead we chastised president Buhari's brilliant policy in the name of islamization. The ripple effects are the incessant attacks by the rustlers. The grazing bill remains the best and safest option. Not unnecessary bans sad

 02 October 2015

As Nigeria celebrate her 55 Independence anniversary on Thursday, the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has urged the Federal Government to immediately return the Arabic Ajami script removed from the nation’s naira notes by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Director of MURIC Prof. Isiaq Akintola made the call on Wednesday in his independence anniversary message to felicitate with the government and Nigerians.

"We call for the reinstatement of the Arabic Anjami which was removed from the naira by the last administration of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan after subterranean pressure from some unpatriotic religious leaders. Nigerian Muslims regard the removal as an act of hostility taken to spite Muslims. We consider it as a step taken to satisfy a section of Christians who had been secretly agitating for the removal of Arabic graphics from some official emblems used in Nigeria.

“We see the removal of Arabic from the naira as absolutely unnecessary and an action taken by Jonathan to spite Nigerian Muslims. We hereby state without any fear of contradiction that the use of Arabic as part of the graphics on our emblems does not in any way portray the imposition of Islam or its landmarks on Nigerians. This is so because Arabic stands parri pasu with English graphics wherever the former is used. “English graphics represent Westo-Christian civilisation while Arabic graphics symbolise Islamic culture. Those who insist that Arabic must be removed from our emblems nurse an agenda of domination by elimination,” Akintola said.

He said that whoever insists on the removal of Arabic Anjami from the naira and from other emblems must accept the equal removal of English graphics from the same materials, adding that after all English is the language of the Bible as it is known in Nigeria and it is on the nation’s naira and all other emblems.

He added: “By the way, apart from massaging the ego of Goodluck Jonathan and satisfying the narrow interest of Muslim-haters, what has Nigeria gained from removing Arabic from the naira? We appeal to the Federal Government to redress this wrong.”

Director,
Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC)

Don't disagree but accept that you have learnt something new. A primary school teacher and a university lecturer are both in the same teaching profession and must therefore be trained and registered before they can be called professional teacher fit to be employed to teach into any level of education, appointed or promoted within the school system. Anything short of this is an offense.
NUC stated that the minimum qualification to lecture in Nigeria is a Ph.D.
Not having a post graduate diploma in education is not an offence neither is is it a crime and it would not in anyway affect one's promotion
