Mind the way you address an elder in a faceless forum. It's not ok to call someone who is old enough to father you a senseless human being. Stop insulting elders.

You may not like or support his ambition, no big deal, give your advice or relate what you see in politics without insulting him or other elders.

Let's be honest here: Atiku has been relevant in Nigerian politics for God knows how long. Tell me a question you want to ask him that he cannot answer very well. He understands the problems and solutions so well.

For instance, he was the one who suggested that the NNPC be privatised. APC members called him unprintable names, but Buhari still took the same step. How funny!!

The problem of Atiku is not having ideas or not having answers to questions. Instead, his biggest problem is Nigerians trusting him enough to do the right thing. Nigerian politicians are known to say one thing during campaigns and do a different thing when they are elected. Lack of trust; that's his problem.

With Obasanjo, who knows him better than the rest of us, calling him a big thief and accusing him of corruption, that, for me, marked the funeral of his political career.

Because Nigerian politicians say something and do the opposite, that's probably why many Nigerians don't make electoral decisions based on manifestos or debates, but based on antecedent and integrity (the same thing that brought incompetent Buhari to power).

Obasanjo himself is evil. He called Atiku a thief because he stopped his third term agenda. I don't believe in Obasanjo calling other politicians unprintable names. They are all the same.

You tried. But do you know his reason was genuine to him too?

His believe was quite different from yours. Your have a great access to tackle your opponent through their statements in an event like that. Look at a situation where Obi was able to tackle Oshibajo when he gave a wrong solution. Obi said "you can't close your shop and start chasing a thief" I really love the response. This is what they call debate. Buhari was a major opponent. Atiku has other access to tell his plans.

Brother, it is called a debate. It has to be between the candidates but when your major opponent refused to talk, it kills your morale.
