garfield1: Once there is discrepancy,it will be resolved in favour of apc as the petitioners are unsure.no split tribunal rulings survive at appeal.this is similar to osun 2018 judgment Don't base your argument on this bro. |

garfield1: They were tendered but not demonstrated.you can't just tender bvas in court without showing the contents. Many of the pdp agents were uncertified. Once there is overvoting, you cancel not deduct votes.the best thing to do was to call for supplementary There was no over voting in the original result. The areas where over voting occurred were cancelled. |

tolue42: Oga stop going left and right at the same time, did he attended the school YES/NO? If Yes, then case close. Stop looking for irrelevant things No vex ok? You hate the truth. I have said it here that attending the school is not the bone of contention because he attended. It's as if you don't know what's at stake. If it's not relevant, the president won't appeal or try to stop Atiku from getting his details. |

garfield1: Nothing is gone sir.bvas were tendered but not demonstrated.irev were used instead of inec forms.the margin is too narrow 4000 I followed the case bro. The polling units results were used alongside with BVAS and voters register. Concerning the margin, it narrow but it's a margin of lead no matter how small. |

tolue42: He said his certificates got burnt in Nigeria, that was why he ran to US to join NADECO.. he later went to the school recently and they issued another certificate, which I believe it can never be like the one issued during the 70s.
You guys are just too lousy without any thinking capacities. Did you see the INEC form he filled? Did you check the update? You didn't know the update ooo. Somebody requested for the same certificate last year, it was given and it is different from what the president lawyers presented at the court this year. That's the point. I have said it earlier that there may not be issue with the certificate. Above all, whoever wins, we move. |
Politics › Re: CSU:some TV Stations Will Have A Lot Of Explanations To Do To Nigerians-Reno by rolams(m): 3:50pm On Oct 02, 2023 |
pquaver: Difference in certificate does not matter.. If u graduated in 1999 from unilag, lost your certificate and u go back for them to issue u a certificate will it look exactly like the one the gave u that 1999 now in 2023?will the same vc of 1999 be the one to sign it.. Many of u actually argue for arguing sake.. That's not the case here bro. President Tinubu didn't claim such otherwise, Atiku won't waste his energy at all. |

Kyase: Then if Abba wins in the appeal court, then sule will win too Almost an identical case Not identical my brother. Unstamped and unsigned ballots issue is different from votes inflation and over voting. The result is being used here. I can tell you that nothing will change this judgement. It is similar to Osun where BVAS and polling unit results are used to determine the outcome alongside the voters register. |

garfield1: Nothing was clear in kad.southern kad supported the pdp guy while his northern people rejected him.in nasarawa sdp aligned with apc.if the pdp is so popular why didn't he win like zamfara? The judgment is shaky like Kano Nothing is shaky here. BVAS and polling units results are primary source. Nasarawa is gone! |
Politics › Re: Nasarawa: Tribunal sacks Gov A A Sule (APC), declares PDP's Ombugadu as Gov by rolams(m): 3:37pm On Oct 02, 2023 |
Eriokanmi: I'm not surprised. Like I've said many times, sule slapped the pdp guy in the face. He'd win again and again, even up.to the supreme Court, should sule challenge this win. You can imagine the LP candidate joining hands with the PDP guy to defeat Sule.
Sadly, this guy called sule had always claimed to have lived in the western world for many years yet, he took nothing sensible back home. I don't know the cause of the black man's leadership problem. Only Kayode Fayemi did i respect out of them all, who openly accepted defeat and called it the will of the ekiti people. I wish he became much more relevant in the Nigerian political future. He'd be a good leader. Even till now, he still earns my respect.
The kaduna pdp man shouldn't lose hope yet. He's another candidate who was openly cheated. The power of incumbency planned a political coup against him. The premature filing of his case is the major issue in Kaduna. |

But I think the basis of the case is that there is different between the certificate submitted by president Tinubu and the ones issued by the school.
Reno is not getting it.
But, I think president Tinubu attended the school. |
