INEC really surprised me today. In fact, it all still seemed like a magic to me. Please read on…

I did my registration in 2011 at Owo Local Government, Ondo State. The registration process was about closing so I took time to register even though I knew I won’t come back to vote there (I reside in Lagos). When I learnt I couldn’t register again in 2015, I felt perplexed and just lost interest in the whole process. No way I was going back to Owo to collect my PVC. I barely even know the town and considering time constraint too.

After witnessing what happened at Ekiti elections, I took it upon myself to get my PVC whatever it's going to take. I took time off work today to visit INEC office – Alimosho LGA, Lagos. I went with my voter’s temporal slip, international passport, NIN slip and NYSC credentials (Yeah I took it lol!). I was super prepared for any document they’ll request.

I explained my plight to the official and he said I should verify my details online before proceeding. www. voters. inecnigeria. org (Please mind the way the link was typed). I punched in my details and hoola I saw my previous registration details. He told me to go and print it at a nearby café and submit at the second office.
On submission, the friendly lady brought out a transfer form and filled my details for me. She also brought out the database of all polling centres in Lagos and told me to pick the one nearest to where I reside. I did and she stapled the online print out with the transfer form. I signed beneath the page and she tore the slip for me. That was all

She said I should come back in November with the slip to collect my new PVC. She also said I would be notified via text message when the card is ready.

My joy knew no bounds as I stepped out of INEC office – Alimosho Local Government. I’ve heard a lot about INEC and their slow process but today changed my orientation entirely. I didn’t pay a dime or bribe anybody. It was 100% free. In fact, I didn’t spend up to 15mins.
For as many that are in my shoes, you can now collect your PVC and transfer your polling unit without stress. Please visit the nearest INEC office today to get your PVC.

Our firm is a Management Consulting outfit with our bent being Human Capital Development.

We have recently been contracted to midwife and supervise a major FMCG Sales project in Lagos.

The project has a three month span commencing September 2018 but renewable for another Six months in January 2018. Exceptional candidates will be provided full time employment at the end of the project.

In order to achieve this goal we seek to engage smart, courageous and very intelligent young candidates to assist us in delivering the project effectively and efficiently in line with the terms of reference. This is field exercise with no office to report to daily.

Coordination supervision will be remotely handled while reports will be submitted daily via electronic means.

We will select only 21 candidates who must show evidence of residing in the following parts of Lagos;

1. Ikeja
2. Agege
3. Oshodi - Isolo
4. Alimosho (Egbeda/Iyana Ipaja axis)
5. Ifako-Ijaiye (Ogba, Fagba, Ojodu etc)
6. Kosofe (Ketu, shangisha, Ojota, Ogudu)
7. Abule-Egba, Oko-Oba
8. All other areas in the proximity of the mentioned areas
Candidates who grew up in Lagos and attended primary or secondary schools in the listed areas will be given priority.
We prefer only candidates who are not presently in an employment contract as shortlisted candidates must be ready to resume by Sept. 2018.

The project requires just about 3-4 hours per work day. It is designed to ensure that by 11.00 am (Monday to Friday) the day’s activities would have been concluded.

There is a fixed contract fee of Sixty Thousand Naira (N60, 000.00) paid at a monthly rate of Twenty Thousand (N20, 000. 00) as Salary while a daily amount will also be earned, this is however performance dependent.

The selection exercise will commence immediately with your submission of the application package will must include the following;

1. Detailed and Updated Resume
2. Well written cover letter
3. Passport sized photograph
4. Indicate your location as the subject of the mail.

I'm too emotionally drained to make sound judgement so I need your contribution on this issue.

I found out recently that my gf has been living a secret life online. My findings suggest that she may be cheating on me... Why? She's been communicating with an ex that practically broke her heart in the past...

She's also frequently communicating with another guy on Facebook who has repeatedly called her my love, honey, sweetheart and other romantic pet names and she has reciprocated most times.... At a point, the guy said he was naked and waiting for her at home... And she said she's coming... I guess they took the conversation offline...

She's also been chatting with several other guys... the ones I saw on FB indicate they're either asking her out or she's outrightly flirting with them...

On WhatsApp, only God knows the content and direction of her chat with other guys...

The painful part is I found out she's been having this online/offline double life by accident... That's a story for another day...

When I confronted her with my findings, she's been claiming she has nothing with any of the guys and that I should forgive her for hiding her online life from me...

I feel betrayed... I doubt if she'll ever change... I just want to move on...

What should I do?
