Bros I nor dey exercise again. Na long ago when I get money ni I dey do exercise regularly because of happiness and also when man reach house he go see food eat. I dey drink plenty water well well oh, at least three litres of water everyday. I nor dey smoke or drink alcohol, I nor even get girlfriend again for over two years plus but I dey drink malt once once. I nor sabi eat ordinary bread. Most times na malt I dey use. As for balance diet, na who get money dey eat balance diet nah. When man go eat rice for morning con eat eba for afternoon or evening, the same thing fit still happen d following day, na that be balance diet

just check u may never know, but I hope not......just make sure u exercise regularly, and drink a lot of water, if u smoke or drink u need to quit doing those things, eat balance diet.......you'll have a better chance of not coming down with diabetes. Stay safe.
