megacontrol: This might as well be a load of bull... 1/ You own naija used fleets are no “death trap” cos you fixed all these (assuming that’s all true) but another person’s vehicle is a death trap IF it’s naija used
2/ IF truelly you have to change all those components and maybe in some cases do body work to upgrade the car, then perhaps it is arguable whether you are smarter than someone that adds a little token to your combined cost and choose to get a Toks outright.
3/ I find it quite interesting to see a driver/driver partner bluntly advice fellow drivers against taking up HP( better reward in the long run) irrespective of the T&Cs vs your your promise of relatively higher driver weekly earnings/commission which has a big *asterik on its long term sustainability going by the factors Ij play in the business environment in question. 1. there is a difference between a car bought Nigerian used and all the components related to making the uber business a success changed to brand New, and a car bought Nigerian used without the components changed, and given to a driver who has to deliver 40k a week and bear the cost of repairing a Nigerian used vehicle to his detriment. 2. That you bought a tokunbo vehicle doesnt doesn't make it uber ready. We received a tokunbo corolla this week with the suspension basically dead from rust. it shines outwardly, but the components will have to be changed sooner than later. Gazzuzz gave the tokunbo engine a lifespan of less than 4 months or there about. spending money on a tokunbo vehicle might not always be wise. 3. The modalities and the modus operandi of FLEETXPERT is unique. Our drivers come first. Every opinion from us, is from experience. |

Osisie: 07033333974.
I need a car for higher purchase. Or rental of 30k. I can't coman kill myself.
You will make 100k a week, Uber will take 25%. You will buy fuel for almost half that amount. Your partner will request 40k.
If God wan punish you, your car come go get fault, you go pay mechanic.
Then you no go get shi shi. Work for nothing.
Mtcheeewww. You dont understand uber's calculations... Whenever you see money on your dashboard, uber has already removed their 25%. If you say you made 100k and uber removes 25%, you should be seeing 75k on your dashboard... Any car you receive for 30k is a coffin on wheels. |

JK768: Good morning house, pls what is the meaning of this message: 'Uber is ending this trip, Uber has ended this trip drop off your passenger at a safe location? I have received this message about two times now. I don't understand why they end the trip. I even saw/read the message after 1 hour and some minutes they sent it while on the trip. Please answer, thanks. Your money stops counting when they end the trip. For your own good, park the car when they send that, show the message to the rider, and explain that uber has ended their trip. Show them the amount they are to pay you. "so what do I do now?" That is the next question they ask. Give them 2 options. Either they request for another uber while you patiently wait for the uber to get to you, or You start an offline trip for them right there till they get to their destination. They will always choose the offline option. Can't count how many times it happened to me. Don't cheat yourself by ignoring that text. |

Please I want to ask, what happens when a driver is barred for some days on Taxify? A friend reported his driver claims to have been barred for low-rating, that he visited Taxify's office today and they were asked to take an exam tomorrow.
He wants to ascertain the credibility of this information. when did taxify start taking exam? |

cooldood: Is it wrong to ask questions (which you call complain)? What is there to understand in your mathematics, you sent a document by yourself, the document shows total net earnings of financial partner as N43,000, you are here busy quoting 50k guaranteed, who's deceiving who and who doesn't understand basic calculations now. You are clearly deluded. Why is it a problem with you if I make your service rate public? if you are sure of yourself and straight-forward in your dealings. People like you have mouth more than competence, at the end of the day, you will use mouth to either put others in trouble or yourself. Again, I say this, you are a disaster waiting to happen, go and learn management skills, being able to drive, is not the same as being able to run a successful business. no corolla will use 30k fuel and make a return of 110,000. price quoted was "for example" purposes. |

Please how can you prevent your tire from all these objects stabbing them? By driving 2 or 3 inches above the ground. where i come from, that is wholly impossible and i have not personally tried the above method . But then again, they say there is no impossibility with God. Will also be interested in your final findings. |

Richdee1: Is it all uber drivers that knows the road from Airport to Osun state(adeleke uni)?? Can we use google map?? Yes Google map is good to go. but there will be a problem. on Ife - ibadan expressway, there is no clear sign for the turn that takes you to osogbo. Therefore after you have passed ikire, watch out for a new bridge along that road, pass it, go forward a bit and make a U turn. take the side of the bridge by the right and you will be on you way. I was in osogbo yesterday so i know |

jideking: My ogas please where can I buy original suspension parts, namely stabilizer linkages and tie-rod, anyone who has a reasonable dealer should please drop the contacts, I would also like to have an idea of their prices as well. Car is 2006 corolla. Please treat as urgent. Thanks rt Briscoe Nigeria. Brand new parts. original and with warranty. Just that the prices they will give you will be more than all the car has made you for the month. Na you go jejely "come and be going" to ladipo like the rest of us. Wish you all the best. I checked on jumia and i was seeing only front brake pads for 16k. That was how a 2007 camry that has been in use in Nigeria for 3 years had an accident damaging most of the front of the vehicle and deploying the driver airbag. Elizade quoted 2.9 million for repairs and parts. biko how much is tokunbo 07 camry?
