GazzuzzAutos: experience is a lecturer. 1. the Santa fe is ugly. 2. it's a nigerian used. he would have to spend extra money to fix it up. 3. he is borrowing money to buy it. May not just be wise. |

paulok: Please is there any Uber or taxify partner or driver using the Hyundai Santa Fe 2005 Model, i am planning to buy one for Uber and taxify, the car is still very clean and in a perfect condition but i don't know what the fuel consumption is like and i don't know how rugged the car is for everyday Uber and Taxify movement.
Please i need advise urgently on this car before i make payment please.
Thanks in advance.
I just checked with the seller, he thinks it uses timing belt, does that disqualify the car from uber or makes it a bad choice for the business. Avoid that car or suv or whatever it is. |

So if I can use a 2000 Sienna for UBER, how do I go about getting started. uber does not accept Sienna. Thought you would have read between the lines. |

evilspirit: Gazzuzz is kinda expensive sha.
Gazzuzz least service charge on anything is 5k.
If Gazzuzz changes ordinary thermostat on your car he will collect 5k as service charge. Haba Gazzuzz changes oil for you at 10k without the oil.
Scanning is now 5k in most places Gazzuzz will scan everything alteast 10k.
Gazzuzz is greedy sha. there are more expensive places than Gazzuzz. I don't know what the fuss is about. shoe get size. just find your size and wear it. don't put your legs in a big shoe and complain it is too big.... makes no sense. there are road side mechanics. patronize them and have peace. |

cross8701: I won't pontificate on their individual merits, Im simply not comfortable how it's made to look like those two cars are put out as the best and perhaps the only options. On a side note what would you say your pros and cons where with the Elantra. I'm interested in your opinion as a high performer. pros - AC electric steering nice interior. nice sound system very very balanced at high speeds. I do 170/180 km without blinking... in a straight line tho. no unnecessary manoeuvres cons parts are expensive. almost as similar as coRolla. And if you buy the Korean version, pray your engine no spoil. 600k. American version is 200k major parts needs replacing at 15000 miles. all from my personal experience I do not like corollas |

cross8701: You are missing the point whilst buttressing my it. When a question is asked about any car, certain people are quick to say Corolla and Peugeot. I am saying there are other cars that are only as good but perhaps even better. We need to distinguish between opinions and facts. elantra is better than a corolla. elantra is not better than a peugeot. And yes.... have driven the trio. |

iamspeedracer: The Elantra has a smaller engine so it's expected for it to out perform the Corolla. elantra has a 2.0 L engine |

ameristu: A lot of the hybrids are being used for taxi overseas, how is Nigeria any different except bad roads and availability of parts? the price of brand new battery pack of a hybrid will completely buy and refurbish a 406. In fact, i will buy a 406, refurbish it, register it on uber and taxify and start driving and making money before you have even found where to buy the battery pack and who has the technical ability to fix it. That said, i know who fixes hybrids. but... |

ultimatum777: Good morning everybody, please I need urgent advise, I am using a 2006 camry started on Saturday, I bought 7,500 fuel to start Saturday afternoon to midnight Sunday morning, my total earning was #14,308 and at the end of the last trip, it's about empty so I went home to rest, I need to know if it's okay for the 2.4 engine or how I handled it, I don't know if it was worth it No. it is never ok. 7k fuel should make you 30k minimum. even with your 2.4 L should make you 21k. your car is an alcoholic. |

lin3r2: The rental agreement for the camry is 35k per week. Also the partner says I will be responsible for maintaining the car as long as the expenses doesn't exceed 5k in two months. i.e (my maintenance cost for two month regardless of what it is shouldn't exceed 5k. If it does, the partner will handle the maintenance till the two months is complete.) Secondly, I will like to know what the fuel expense will look like in monetary terms. i.e how much am I likely to spend for fuel every week. A rough estimate in fact)
I don't know if I succeeded in explaining better. @Romeo3 Good deal. take the car to Gazzuzz to make sure the fueling system works well |

I would like to know your opinion if 1. It's a fair arrangement? and secondly, 2. What should I be looking at spending on fuel given that the catalyst and oxygen sensor are in good shape? Thanks
