Romance › Re: Difference Between Olden Days And Nowadays Relationship. by ronald4lif(m): 4:34pm On Feb 16, 2016
One of the deterring factors of sex in the primeval days was the fear of pregnancy but in this day there are contraceptives and condoms that serves as preventative method so sex became a norm.

Everyone loves and enjoys sex and if one can indulge without getting pregnant in the process or contract stds why not?

Money and material acquisition has always been a clincher in determining the number of brides and women one can attract right from time immemorial. In the olden days, the stronger a man is, his farmlands and barns of yams determines his suitability of the bride he gets.

So, nothing has changed that much just that humans have become more greedy and the need to show off and impress others has further fuel the culture of women dating for money.

But let's face it, who doesn't like the good things of life and who would blindly 'love' someone who can't guarantee them some financial security and comfort when they can deservely get a better deal? The only problem is when a lady wholly depends on a man without improving on herself.

Strangely... we all want people aka slaves to help us build our businesses aka fuel the bank accounts of fat cats.

@OP:

Depends on your expenses.
Lol. Didn't even see it in that light. Just goes to show that humans are self-centred and greedy lots. Not wanting to be an employee and same time need others to assist them in growing their own business. Life sha.

She will be very careful and if he catches her, na to deny am for courtsmiley and collect her share.
Collecting her share would be determined by pre-nuptial agreements (if there was one) and the terms of such contract.

Women of her type, gold diggers to be concise, are always quick to tell anyone who cares to listen that they would rather cry in a Limo than cry in the comfort of a face me I slap you house.

But they are quick to forget this declaration as soon as they finally land themselves a man who would provide them with this limo. They want such men all to themselves and it's practically impossible.

Great analysissmiley

I hope he make noise if he caught his wife fvckibg the pool boy or their maid...yep, it happenssmiley
Yea the wife can fvck whoever she wants but must know that he who pays the piper dictates the beats.

Extremely rich men like the Danjumas can't stick to one woman and they've got the knife and yams so can cheat at will. Any woman going into any serious relationship with his likes must bear this in mind. Even the broke dudes cheat how then can a billionaire won't?

A woman too can do same but should be sure she's saved a lot else she finds herself in her former wretched life.

I think it is more than that

Women like her knows that she can't eat her cake and have it regardless it does not excuse his disregard of their marriage
No such thing as disregard for his marriage here. He's a billionaire, stupendously rich and has got what at least 80% of women in the world want. And there's no way he'd stick to one woman when gazillions of women inveigle and throw themselves at him with their 'wares'.

Certainly he's going to give him to some of his seducers. Even the Carolyn lady might have 'caught' him by act of seduction. And thought she's got all what he wanted in a woman and won't cheat anymore? sad

That's the problem with women like her. They meet an affluent man, even older than their father, 'love' him for his money and falsely assume that the man shall be loyal to them alone.

Forgetting that there are many women, more beautiful and in their millions, targeting same man for same reasons. And hardly can a man with such wealth, who believes that the world is at their finger tips can stay faithful to one woman.

She's a selfish, inconsiderate and foolish lady for calling off her marriage if it's just about cheating. She want to eat her cake and have it.undecided

Interesting message but there are many female barbers out there so it's nothing new.

Funny enough it's the broke and jobless ladies who calls guys broke, stingy et all.

And you'd soon see them invade this thread claiming independent ladies and team I don't depend on guys for anything. Only on NL are they "independent" and don't demand from their men. undecided

Depends on the climate the individual is working. For someone who earns a monthly equivalent of a million naira in the West such money will lead him to no where after taxes, rent cost, car insurance and other expenses.

They can manage to build a house after a couple of years but that doesn't translate to being wealthy. You're just a slave to the fat cat bosses and corporations.

But for someone earning a million naira monthly in Nigeria they can be seen as wealthy (in some cases) as the general expenses and cost of living is relatively low. But that doesn't also meant they are affluent as they would still live on budgets bargain.

I think for anyone to be seen as wealthy in global standard they should be looking at 5million naira a month income and an average of 50million a year. Anything less is just an average income earner and middle class status. And the likelihood of earning such income as an employee is near to zero and improbable.

So, the best and only way to become rich and affluent is via self employment and entrepreneur your own business or corporation. That's just how I see it and I refuse to fuel the bank accounts of the fat cats forever.

Family › Re: Nigerians, What Is Your Say On This? by ronald4lif(m): 1:38pm On Feb 15, 2016
Utter codswallop. No sense made and just some extreme man-hater and a lesbian lamenting her unjustified frustration and distorted imaginations of a better matriarchal world.

I only agree with her views on religion though. All religion, mysticism, faith and all body of dogmas should be abolished for a better progressive world. But her premise on the abolishing of religion is wrong and laced with misandristic opinion. Men are also slaves and casualties to sectarianism as much as women.

I can say a patriarchal world and society is not needed and unsuitable in today's world but disagree that matriarchy is the way forward as suggested by the writer. The world needs a balance of both gender for development and progressive society.

The author is no feminist in my opinion. She's just one misandrist, lesbian and female chauvinist. Her piece is barf worthy.
