My question is this: Even if there were discrepancies in the figures, how can you just assume and point fingers to the leading candidate. There can be a possibility that the ghost figures were shared among the candidates. I can't believe that only the APGA candidate got all the manipulated figures. Of course, APC, PDP nd LP candidates would do a bit of election manipulation.

I'm in total support of ASUU in their struggle. Just take a look at institutions outside the country and the types of graduates we produce yearly, then you will get the drift.

However, I don't agree with ASUU that they should be paid for the period they went on strike. These guys are smart and want a win-win situation. Let them also feel the impact of going on strike. Let them suffer a bit just like we the students did. Let them prove to us that the strike wasn't about money or them but to better our institutions and by implication, us.

Although I am a Chelsea fan, I would not advise him to go there. The only focus of Chelsea nd Man City is to win trophies. They have no patience to develop youngsters. I think he made the right chose in choosing porto. He can go elsewhere later in his career but as a seventeen-year-old footballer, he needs to develop his potentials. That cannot be guaranteed in Chelsea or Man city.

I agree with you that there are lot of challenges we are facing and very little to be happy about but we must not give up our hope.

We won the nations cup, boko haram has been contained to some extent, there are tremendous improvements in sectors such as aviation, agriculture etc, our economy is poised to overtake SA as the leading economy in Africa and so on

I see ASUU strike as a positive thing because our lecturers and tertiary institutions would definitely be better off after the strike only that it's taking too long
